I saw reviews stating that after making an appointment, the service advisor (SA) will call you back, but most people mentioned they never received a call. In other words, booking in the app doesn't guarantee your slot will be reserved. This is so frustrating. Please improve your app. Even the Grab app is a million times better than **Uninstalling this bad apps ### 1/5 — what is wrong with this app? *2024-06-22, version 1.0.95* many users have been complaining about the invisible fonts while using dark mode. please do not use invert for dark mode 😭 it is terrible cause users cannot see the white fonts on the white background! even the interface and features are so lousy-looking. the buttons??? whats with the sudden orangey lines at the homepage. you guys might reconsider to re-design the interface and check your app speed cause i have been spending my time more on loading page rather than actual pages. didnt you guys supposed to do the end-user testing before publishing the app? this is so ridiculous for a national-car-brand-level. your app looks like an assignment project for diploma students. wrong at many levels. please fix your app. make it looks trustable and notable. ### 1/5 — Not useful at all *2024-04-24, version 1.0.95* 1. You can’t use the app on Dark Mode because the text is white on white. 2. You can’t make a booking for a service because the app literally shuts down when you try to select a date & time. 3. UI/UX is so bad, you can accidentally tap on the “book a test drive” button when you’re trying to book a service because everything is at the bottom. 4. So hard to navigate this apps. How come I want to check how much I need to pay for every mileage compared the one SC suggested when I unable to enter all the information ???? Tired repeating the same steps end up been kicked off. ### 1/5 — Apps crash *2023-09-29, version 1.0.93* Initially the reason for downloading this apps was to make an appointment for my car service, but somehow it went crash/ kill switch everytime I tap on the service button. If the service provider unable to provides and maintaining this apps, it is as good as you remove this app from Appstore/ Playstore once and for all. Such a hassle for your customers. All the comments/ feedback from your customers are just a comment to you, no action or even a response from your side to overcome the matters. ### 1/5 — Apps keeps on crashing *2023-09-11, version 1.0.93* Haven’t open this app in a while due to its occasionally crashing when i first installed it. I think its been a year already since i last used it and the same thing still happens. Cannot even register my car cause the app would crash when i clicked save. If you are a dark mode user, you can’t even see the word you are typing as the font is white and the box is also white in colour. Truly disappointed with this app and Proton altogether ### 2/5 — Just use the Web or call *2023-08-18, version 1.0.93* It's great that the app has all the info and service option in one app. I got to share about the servicing part though. I suggest it to be linked to live service booking details. Why? After booking my service appointment, I still either need to call the service centre or wait for a call from them to confirm the booking. If I call, it's the same as calling directly and not using the app instead. If I wait for the call, it's usually after 2 days which is a wait "am I getting the slot or not?" And by then I'm already calling the centre up instead. Or a couple of times I encounter "we didn't receive the app notification for your appointment. Next time call will be better". ### 1/5 — Worse and Bad End User System *2023-08-17, version 1.0.93* Can you please fix your end user system at least at the stage of minimal working function. There’s only this app that you end user have to monitor and managed their service records but it doesn’t working at all. When trying to register users car details, it doesn’t work at all and user will just being kicked out of the system. Does your developer test their apps before publishing it for user release?? If you cant do apps then at least offer web access. Absolute disappointment!! Please get your end user system work!!! ### 1/5 — There’s so many thing wrong in this app *2023-06-23, version 1.0.93* 1) on dark mode ios, all the details hard to see and some really became transparent 2) skipped the log in process, accidentally clicked on the calculator. Boom!! Apps closed automatically🤦🏻‍♀️. 3) why is it you have to precisely clicked in the middle of the button when clicking something. The button area is big, but only responsive if clicked on the middle. I knew this app was bad after buying my car on 2020. Few years later it’s still bad. What a disappointment. My friend who buy perodua never got to experience things like this. Installed this again because the after sales page on the website is not responding. Malaysia only got 2 car brand, lots of the rakyat used this car services. unable to maintain the site and app, is such a disappointment. Please fix all your apps my proton. There is a issue cannot log in my data car, auto kick off, lagging in your system, and not friendly user. Second time luckily get in but when select time and pressed ok it kicked you out again. Are you guys at app developer serious for this lousy apps design to make fun of customer? ### 1/5 — Appointment for Service *2025-10-14, version 1.0.99* I’ve tried to booking for appointment via this apps, but, more than 3 times cannot insert the time for service & the apps auto out to home. And I have to call the service centre for booking. No function & not convenient at all to have the apps. Please upgrade better than Perodua apps. Why not stick to webapp instead of developing barely functional app. Some of the problem with this apps: - Super slow and non responsive ui. - The parts and car spec drop down is a mess. Seems like there is bug concerning this apps, and I have seen other review also the same. Any action from Proton side, the car brand has improved immensely with new models and technology but the apps still need lot of improvement.
