You may also request appointments through this app. When your results are ready to view, you will receive an SMS message containing a link to a registration instructions page with an activation code. You will need to use this code to activate your account and set a password. You will be able to use your account to access to all future studies performed at any practice in the PRP Imaging network. The 'Request an Appointment' feature allows you to organise a visit to one of our practices. Please enter details of the imaging required and upload a photo of the referral form filled out by your doctor. Our friendly staff will then contact you to organise and confirm the appointment. If you need assistance with myPRP please email myprp@prpimaging.com.au with a description of the problem. After about 5 times logging in they stop working and I’m locked out. Which means changing my password again. This has happened so much that I stopped using the app. I’m glad I grabbed screenshots when I first got the photos. 100% top five worst apps I’ve ever used. The app WILL NOT accept my last log in details and demands that I reset the password. Resetting the password gets no results. It just won't accept the new details, claiming that there was an error. If you try this a couple of times you will be locked out and then have to chase down a person somewhere to help. It is incredibly frustrating.
