I have four dogs and they are all on Purina and like it. They’re pretty picky dogs so considering they eat this, I consider this to be a great dog food. ### 2/5 — Garbage Rewards *2026-08-17* This app is very easy to earn points with and I haven’t had issues uploading receipts. However, there’s nothing to work for when it comes to those points. The rewards are actual garbage. It’s been 3+ months and there hasn’t been an update for new rewards. That last batch of reared was a bunch of ugly tshirts….people want practical items. Things like automatic feeders and litter maintaining items would be so much better than a 5,000 point ugly sweatshirt that has dogs on it…like actually be fr. when i joined the app, there was a 7k reward I wanted and was willing to save for, by the time I reached the needed points the reward was gone and replaced by the tshirts, those shirts have since come and went and there still hasn’t been an update to rewards. There are also cat food/dog food coupons that ONLY WORK WHEN ORDERING THROUGH THE APP!!!!! Stupid!!! I order through chewy so those give me absolutely nothing. My cat looks great, feels great, is very active and my allergies are not as bad with her on it! Unfortunately it is USELESS unless you have a cat. They constantly offer promos & bonuses for cat only products. They also offer multiple cat toys & rewards for points yet dogs remain with zero options. They have a couple weak options for small dogs but not over 50 pounds. The one time I saw a large dog option I clicked it & as soon as I clicked redeem points the page went blank & never loaded. I contacted support & Nicole said “oh, I’m not sure what happened” so, if you have cats this is a great option for you. If you are like me & have large dogs that you spend way too much on don’t expect Purina to offer you any rewards for your loyalty. If you have a cat you can rack up a bunch of bonuses. I have redeemed points that were going to expire on cat items that I simply donate. Otherwise my points would expire & I’d have nothing. If you have large dogs this app is basically useless to you. Don’t waste your storage space on your phone. There are many ways to earn points, submitting receipts, physical and online or you can submit a review on any of the many Purina products. There’s games and training sessions that you can do with your dog if you have one 0 and did I mention just for earning these rewards doing simple tasks I had this great rewards page where you can pick things out and there’s a lot of free stuff too seriously this is a great app. There is one thing only one there has been three times including very recently that I have not received my $10 off coupon for the cat food but other than that it’s fantastic. The customer service is excellent. My Mr Mittens loves his grilled Fancy Feasts, and the kittens (Leroy & Downy) are loving their Kitten variety packs! The app makes it very easy to upload receipts. All of the information is visible and yet I get emails that it didn’t work and to try again. But the biggest thing is that I was notified about winning a petivity tracker. I completed the form within the sett time window. For weeks I didn’t hear anything. I messaged support and they said they would get back to me. Nothing. I replied that I was checking in and haven’t heard anything since. This was a few months ago now. Either the Google Docs submission doesn’t actually work or there is an issue internally. Either way I did what I was suppose to and didn’t actually get the tracker. So ridiculously lame! ### 1/5 — Bad Service *2026-07-12, version 1.84.0* Similar to other reviews, I can verify that you will most likely be in contact with customer service at least once, as I have reached out at least 3 times. Although this appears to be a great way to give back to clients, that is quickly overshadowed by the fact that you may not get the guaranteed bonus points for certain items, your receipt could be declined for miscellaneous reasons, or better yet, you might have to argue with customer service for weeks to get a rewards product (that they originally lied about shipping out.) As a vet student & pet owner that only feeds Purina, I wanted to love this app, but the hassle of constantly reaching out to customer service is too much. Sadly, I won’t be recommending this to clients because, despite being a potentially fun way for consumers to be involved in Purina, it has turned into a poorly reviewed/managed scam. ### 1/5 — Does anyone get the rewards? *2026-07-11, version 1.84.0* I originally gave the app 3 stars, but if you never get your rewards? What good is the app? I’d give it 0 stars if possible. Waiting on my second reward of stickers. They refunded me the points for my coupon in the mail. (Sorry but is this 1995? Send a coupon to emails. 4-6 weeks that’s insane.) ### 1/5 — June 24,2026 *2026-06-26, version 1.83.0* I like the app for the most part and have upload receipts for rewards, but the Score More Challenge game hasn’t accepted my treat or litter receipts. Customer service, probably in India, keeps transferring my calls until it disconnects and multiple emails were never responded to. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2026-06-21* It used to be that I would occasionally have issues with loading of receipt, but for the last six months or so, I can’t get the system to recognize that I have Purina products on my receipt. The items are clearly marked as Purina. I’ve got the date in time and the store on the receipt yet. I constantly get the receipts. Kicked back with the message that there aren’t any Purina products on the receipt. I’ve even underline things pointed arrows to the products, etc.. And still I cannot get the receipts excepted. Also, they used to offer better gift cards such as Starbucks for your points but they haven’t done that in a long time. I also have a large dog and it seems like most the toys that they offer are small or medium. I lost over 15,000 points in my account because they expired because quite frankly there wasn’t anything that I wanted to get. However, it’s still frustrating to lose that many points.
