Exchange rates are much better than my bank’s, no hidden fees, and the app is easy to use. There’s also a bunch of other services on the app I haven’t tried yet, but excited to explore. Highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Great Alternative to Remitly *2026-07-07* I used to use Remitly, but it charges a $4 fee per transaction, offers a lower exchange rate, and transfers usually take 3–5 days. I switched to Mypursu because it provides a better exchange rate with no transfer fees. Sending money to India is easy, and transfers usually take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, which is perfectly fine for me. I started by sending $100, and now I regularly transfer $1,000–$2,000 without any issues. The only area that needs improvement is the KYC process, as it can be a bit challenging. However, once you reach KYC Level 2, it should be sufficient for most transactions. Overall, I’ve had a good experience and would recommend it. ### 1/5 — Stupid Service and Support *2026-06-21, version 2.2.37* I am extremely disappointed with MyPursu’s service. My payment was supposed to be credited yesterday by 12:15 PM, and it has now been more than 24 hours with no funds credited to my account. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the exact same response: “We are sorry,” “It will be credited soon,” and “We have escalated the issue.” Unfortunately, nothing actually gets resolved. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time. This is the third time I have experienced the same issue. I previously informed for extra charges I bared due to late payment as the funds were credited way late than expected time they promised a claim of $30, and despite reporting the issue months ago, there has been been no proper resolution or meaningful update. The problem started back in March and is still ongoing. Each time I reach out, I am asked to provide the same details repeatedly, only to receive the same generic response. There is no accountability, no transparency, and no clear timeline for resolution. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but repeated transaction issues and the lack of effective customer support are unacceptable. I am genuinely frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I would not recommend using this app if timely access to your funds is important. If you choose to use their services, be prepared for potential delays and repeated follow-ups with little to no progress.
