## What is myPVI?

Ứng dụng myPVI do bảo hiểm PVI phát hành tới khách hàng. Khách hàng khi sử dụng phần mềm sẽ khai báo thông tin,đăng ký tài khoản sử dụng lên hệ thống. Thông qua việc xác thực thông tin theo phương thức OTP để đảm bảo xác thực thông tin khai báo. Hệ thống sẽ lưu trữ và quản lý thông tin khách hàng đã khai báo : như số điện thoại, email giao dịch…
Các chức năng của phần mềm:
- Tra cứu thông tin hệ thống mạng lưới của Bảo hiểm PVI
Khách hàng có thể trực tiếp truy cập tiếp cận thông tin về địa điểm, liên lạc tất cả các chi nhánh, đơn vị thành viên của Bảo hiểm PVI.
- Khai báo tổn thất ban đầu nghiệp vụ xe cơ giới:
cho phép khách hàng khi tham gia bảo hiểm tại Bảo hiểm PVI trong trường hợp xảy ra tại nạn có thể chủ động khai báo ban đầu, chụp ảnh lại tổn thất nhằm phục vụ cho công tác khai báo và giám định tổn thật trong quá trình giải quyết khiếu nại bồi thường của khách hàng sau này.
- Thông tin sản phẩm:
Giúp khách hàng có thể tra cứu, tiếp cận được đến toàn bộ thông tin dịch vụ bảo hiểm mà Bảo Hiểm PVI có thể cung cấp.
- Tra cứu bệnh viện và garage bảo lãnh:
Cho phép khách hàng tra cứu hệ thống các bệnh viện hợp tác bảo lãnh cùng Bảo hiểm PVI
