Ansonsten funktioniert es wie beschrieben . ### 4/5 — MyPWS complication series 11 A+ *2026-02-17, version 1.10.7* I was pleasantly surprised when my Weather Underground station temperature showed up on my watch infograph and modular complications as advertised. The update does seem to be random times but in general its fine. I suspect this is more a watch issue than the app. It does update immediately if I actually hit the complication to see the underlying details and return. My only suggestion for improvement and why I took off a star is the legend page. This page should show the icon and a text description to clearly explain. I would also like to be able to reorder the detail page. The app is definitely a winner and it is really useful for me to see the temp in my backyard. ### 2/5 — Used to be great *2026-01-29, version 1.10.7* Used to be great when I could look at my watch and see the current temp from my weather station. But watch complication stopped updating last year, September 2024. I even opened a ticket in October as suggested by the support page and have not received a single update on status. Watch complication still does not ever update. Latest app update (says for IOS26 which I’m not running as older phone) starts, then after initial screen displayed, there is a short delay then app crashes & closes. Tried several times. I’ve rarely ever had to restore a purchase of any other app, why does this one keep requiring it?!!! ### 4/5 — Great with the older watch faces *2024-09-24, version 1.8.8* This app works perfectly with the older Apple Watch photo and portrait watch faces, but I found that even installing the new Photos watch face (introduced in watch OS 11?) breaks the watch app for all faces. I like to quickly check the status of our weather station and we can no longer do that. Meinem Sohn fiel auf, dass die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der App immer mit 1% angezeigt wird, obwohl die lokale Anzeigeeinheit, also das Display der Wetterstation höhere Werte zeigt. Heute zum Beispiel 59%. Could this not be sorted please. ### 3/5 — Guter Ansatz aber zu viele in App Käufe *2024-05-23* Die App ist grundsätzlich gut gemacht und funktioniert auch gut. Ich finde die vielen in App Käufe übertrieben und zu teuer. Dafür sollte mehr Funktionalität vorhanden sein. (M4) *2026-01-16, version 1.10.7* before two updates !!!! back it worked perfectly on my iPad Pro with IOS26.1 . I waited after the first update for another in case it was a blip but the next update did not work either. ### 1/5 — Just use ws view plus *2025-11-22, version 1.10.4* Everything is behind a paywall and if you don’t want to be annoyed while yang this app you just need to buy every feature. I bought most of the and I’m deleting this as ws view plus literally does all of it for free ### 1/5 — Money grabbing *2025-10-25, version 1.10.3* The app is useful however after purchasing I got nagware saying for extra features which should come as standard have to be paid for. This includes running the app in the Apple Watch. Not recommended. ### 1/5 — App would be perfect if it had Widigits *2025-01-12, version 1.9.0* This app would be PERFECT if it had device widgets. Developer says it’s not possible yet. They have an Apple Watch widget that calls for data the same amount of time. Other apps have widgets, but not an Apple Watch app or usable Apple Watch widgets. It’s a shame this app does not offer device widgets. ### 1/5 — Cool app maybe wrong timing. *2024-11-04, version 1.9.0* I loaded the app and subscribed to all the features. 15 seconds later nothing was available. WU was up and operating on other apps. Maybe a glitch but pretty crappy for a first time see how cool the app is. To bad I can’t get that money back. Hopefully it comes back on line! ### 1/5 — AVOID !!! *2024-04-02, version 1.8.7* Paid full price for all features, but the app continually asked for payment if the app is closed and reopened . Contacted app owner for support providing a screenshot; app owner just arrogantly replies with a link to a non applicable FAQ, couldn’t take the time to talk to a paid customer I guess. I complained to the app owner about the lack of paid support to fix a technical problem with their app, requested a refund, and then received a snarky and unprofessional response in return. Good riddance, the cost of the premium features are overpriced for the value provided, and all they do is charge you for formatting your OWN data that they siphon from the WU. If you do purchase don’t expect any support in return. ### 1/5 — Potential Security Issues *2024-03-30* App gives warnings with Norton Web and Antivirus software and red flags it as a security risk after the last update. Reached out to developer and gave them the data and they claim nothing is wrong with their API. When checking error message using a malicious link checker with the error message the malicious link website shows a problem with the api. Should I believe the developer or Norton? Should I believe the malicious link checker? I loved having my pws on my watch but I am not willing to risk my security for a weather report on my watch. I can pull local weather- it just won’t be from my PWS on my watch. There is plenty of apps that pull the data from my PWS on my iPhone. I will keep the app around and check it from time to time to see if the developer decides to deal with the issue. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-12-16, version 1.8.5* Entered my Station ID and then Station key (both obtained from underground) and this app kept on warning that I had the wrong Station Key. Well I can assure you I don’t. Never mind, I’ll keep accessing my weather station data via the internet page of Wunderground. ### 1/5 — Data loss *2023-11-04, version 1.8.4* What happened to all the data for the last 7 years that I already had downloaded? It’s all seems to have vanished. I already had the months downloaded what happened? Who would want to download 84 months worth of information again? ### 1/5 — Terrible service deny their mistakes *2023-02-01, version 1.7.2* Anytime you point out a bug or flaw or ask them to fix something, they claim the issue is WU or your PWS. They showed correct data for windchill, but graph was showing the temp graph instead of windchill graph. They blamed WU and my PWS. Despite showing them examples of this on other PWS’s. You’ll notice that most of their help articles play the same blame game. I even showed them the problem on PWS’s that they claimed did not show the issue. Extra in app purchases are worth it as a one off (please don’t ever move to a subscription based approach!), otherwise the app is very limited. One bug - having purchased a couple of extras I still get the pop up asking for a purchase to permanently hide the reminder. ### 5/5 — Awesome data visualization capabilities *2024-02-12, version 1.8.6* I have literally dozens of weather apps - very few warrant purchase of features, and fewer still also find a place on my hope screen, but myPWS does. It transforms WU data from my Tempest weather station from functional to fantastic.
