No one’s using it. It should be closed or at least implementing a feature that sends an alert to the user telling them to close the garage after a certain amount of time. Would be much much higher on the priority list for security features. Even further that to make it more accessible customizable you could also make it a toggle so people can use that when they want to, so if they’re working in the garage or something that’s gonna require the door to be open for an extended amount of time. Just saying if I can have my car doors locked after 60 seconds of me leaving the vehicle having my garage door closed on its own after 15 minutes if no use or any triggers I’d feel a lot more secure. ### 3/5 — Doesn't Always work *2026-08-20, version 5.316.0* It doesn't always come on when you beed it to. The app finds our opener and prompts me to select the located device...but there's no device on the screen to select. Chamberlain/my Q has team up with Amazon to get access to garages to place packages. Now this is not a problem if this is something that you wish to have, however, I never wish to have this. Long story short I ordered three items from Amazon, and was asked since I had the myQ app would I like items placed in my garage I checked no the next day two of my items were delivered to my front porch on Monday 08/17/2026 while sitting in my home I saw my garage door went up then I got an alarm for my security cameras. I saw that it was on Amazon delivery person so I went to the door to get my package however it was not left on my front door went to my garage and it was placed in my garage. I later call Amazon to state that I never gave access to enter my garage and later on I found out I was not the only person who did not give access, but packages were left at their house in the garage. Some with their garages left open. The next day, I called Chamberlain and was informed that it was basically nothing they could do. Amazon, a third-party to Chamberlain was in control of that section of their app. With regret, I am deleting this app because I no longer want someone else to have control of my house and entrance to my house and anyone reading this. I would advise you to do the same. ### 1/5 — Horriable Reliability *2026-08-19, version 5.316.0* Slow to open, frequent to fail connections ### 1/5 — Going back to Ring! *2026-08-19, version 5.316.0* I had a new garage door opener installed which had My Q camera, so I changed everything to match. Bought the doorbell and the garage keypad. Wanted to upload a pic of my views of the camera, but apparently no pic uploads here, my three cameras have not abd will not load, I get black screen. I brought the devices inside to be closer to the router, did not change anything. Made sure they were connected to the 2.4 which is recommended, still nothing. Why does this app need audio?
