## What is MyQ X Mobile Client?

MyQ X Mobile Client is a modern printing app for completely touchless print control of printing devices (MFDs and printers) connected to a MyQ server. Secure login supports biometrics, i.e. fingerprint/face recognition, and the user can upload files for print or select existing jobs waiting in their queue, history or favorites. 

Printing options can be changed immediately before release, like the number of copies, mono/color, duplex/simplex, or assignment under relevant Projects and Accounts. The user has an overview of the status of their quota and credit, which can also be recharged directly from the app.

Obecně dělá vše co od toho člověk potřebuje. Chvíli mě štvalo že se mě to furt ptalo na certifikát ale to bylo asi verzi našeho serveru jelikož se už tak neděje. Možná bych někdy uvítal možnost zde videt scany. Celkově dávám 5*, spokojenost.

Seit kurzem haben wir an unserer Schule neue Drucker/Kopierer und diese App. Als Dienstgeräte wurden uns vom Sachaufwandsträger iPads zur Verfügung gestellt. Erstes sehr nerviges Problem ist, dass die App nur hochkant funktioniert. Da wir alle mit Tastatur arbeiten haben wir unsere Geräte immer im Querformat. Wirklich schlecht ist, dass der Druck über die App gefühlt nur jedes fünfte mal funktioniert. Drucker müssen regelmäig an/aus geschalten werden, die Anmeldung in der App bleibt nicht gespeichert .... Alles in allem wirkt die App sehr unausgereift und ist im Schulalltag nahezu nicht zu gebrauchen. Sollte der Fehler bei mir/uns liegen bin ich für konstruktive Vorschläge stets offen.

Für große Unternehmen wäre eine MDM Integration wünschenswert wo der Server mitgegeben werden könnte. 

Zusätzlich wäre eine Kerberos SSO sinnvoll für die Benutzerfreundlichkeit. 

Wenn das gegeben wird wären es 5 Sterne.
