Had a new garage door opener put I. and they said to download this app to open it with my phone. Downloaded and tried to create an account. You can only do this with your phone number (which I don’t like) but when I try to enter it, the number changes. Since the App Store description is not in English, I can’t read exactly what the app is supposed to do so I’m uninstalling.

The new update has made the app quiet chaotic. The so called “greeklish” effort to make the app more appealing to younger users is simply offensive. You should at least offer an all English or an all Greek version switching option.

We are living in Greece for the next 3mths and chose Wind as our provider. We were told that we could keep track of our data via the myQ app. However, there is no option to change the language and we cannot navigate it to find the information we need. Please add English support in a future update (and other languages!).

Bundles price is not what is charged when you activate the bundle. Example: I top up 15€ and to activate a bundle of cost 9’90€ I have been charged 14€ . Meaning 4€ more!! The remaining 1€ on account will be taken by the the company after a month. This means you end up pausing 15€ for a bundle that is advertised as an offer of 9’90€. 

My advice is that you are more transparent.

Έκανε τις 30 μέρες διάρκειας κάποιων προγραμμάτωνσε 28. Και ακριβυνε χωρίς καμία ειδοποίηση ένα πακέτο που το υποσχόταν για πάντα όταν το πήρα. Καμία αξιοπιστία παιδιά.

Το app ειναι φανταστικό! Ωραίο design και ωραια η εμπειρία χρήστη. Αυτο που δεν μου αρέσει ειναι η Q ως εταιρία! «Κλέβει» χρήματα σε καθε ανανέωση!!!!!
