Making it easier to get into a virtual queue so we have the freedom to go and do what we need to around the city centre. Super easy to use, and so professional with one notification letting us know when they are ready for us. You know where you are in the queue so you know how much time you have. A quick reply to the notification and I was in the chair! Not to forget I was actually in the underground floor of a shop with poor signal and I still received the notification! As I follow them on social media, I have seen how this app has been developed from start to finish and it amazes me what they have achieved. The app is quick and smooth and I have not bumped into any bugs at all! The process from scanning the QR code to then being put into the queue is quick. I must say, I cannot spot any faults with this app. It truly amazes me how great the app is in the amount of time that they have done it in. MyQSafe safe allows me to utilise the window where I would usually be waiting for a free chair. Now I can do what I need to do around town or grab a coffee instead, queuing has never been so good. With the current situation I was able to use the app to get my place in the queue and then go about the rest of my list from the wife whilst I moved up in the queue! The message came through so I headed back and my son got his haircut. It felt easy and straightforward to do and then meant that the barbers felt safe. MyQsafe is so quick and easy to use. I loved how you could physically see where you were in the queue which relieved a lot of anxiety, I could walk around and browse, even have a coffee knowing when to expect my turn in the queue.
