Could be a helpful app if it were kept up-to-date and would encourage the proper use of Nicorette products. ### 1/5 — Nicorette advertises non functional application *2023-07-14* This app was recommended in the paperwork with my Nicorette products. I was really looking forward to utilizing it and making my quitting process easier. However, after multiple attempts to set up a profile, log in proved to be impossible. Each password reset or new profile created wouldn’t allow log in or use of the application. ### 1/5 — My quit *2022-10-07, version 4.4.0* Does not work. Entered all of my information, tried to get into required “Terms and Condition” and the app crashed. Deleted the app, reloaded and got the same thing. Do not download this app ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even work. *2022-07-12, version 4.4.0* I am shocked to see people being able to even log in through the website I created an account but can’t log in through either the app or a web-browser. ### 1/5 — Never loads after login *2022-07-08, version 4.4.0* As someone who will be quitting in the next few days I was really excited about using this app to help. I created the account and logged in but I only get a loading sign and it literally never loads. For a large known company your app is a joke. ### 1/5 — Can’t even make an account *2022-05-31, version 4.4.0* Unable to get past the login screen. Just says loading. Seems a bit ironic that an app made to help people deal with the frustration and stress of quitting smoking would be so frustrating and ineffectual. Worthless! ### 1/5 — ZERO STARS *2022-01-22, version 4.4.0* This app won’t even let me sign in to get to my account. Can sign in through safari but once I go to the app, it just loads and loads and loads and then says it can’t log in. I would give it ZERO STARS if possible ### 2/5 — Crap *2021-12-12, version 4.4.0* I can’t log into the app anymore. It started glitching so I tried logging out to log back in and now I can’t log in. I used to love this app. ### 1/5 — Works when it wants to… *2021-12-04, version 4.4.0* I really wanted to track my progress. This app seemed promising. However, this app hangs, shuts down and doesn’t accurately track. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. Such a shame to advertise such a terrible app for such a positive change in one’s health and life. Just goes to show you, these pharmaceutical companies only see the bottom line. They’ll produce a product and charge you top dollar. Then offer a half rigged app to pull you in just to get the money. I get better tracking using Apple Notes.
