Such a lot of promise, but feels like an app from 15 years ago. Look at Garmin or Wahoo or Strava on how to seamlessly upload information and review the data.

Absolutely first class support. 
Contacted them on getting a new race track added to the app. 
Worked with them on adding the track. From start to finish it has been great communication.
