The Apex Radiology Patient App is used by patients to securely access images and reports of scans performed at an Apex Radiology practice, and to also request appointments. When your results are ready to view, you will receive an SMS message containing a link to a registration instructions page with an activation code. You will need to use this code to activate your account and set a password.  You can also access your account using your fingerprint, facial recognition or a PIN if your device supports these. You will be able to use your account to access to all future studies performed at Apex Radiology. The 'Request an Appointment' feature allows you to organise a visit to one of our practices. Please enter details of the imaging required and take a photo of the referral form filled out by your doctor to submit. Our friendly staff will contact you to organise and confirm the appointment. Please Note: Your doctor will be able to access your images and report as soon as they are available. Just try to assess today and having hard time to log in. Forced to download application which already downloaded and keep giving me multiple failed to connect due to a secure connection error. I reset my password multiple times also no use. Enter Username and password and keep getting blocked. Reset multiple times. Emails me a code, no where to enter the code and blocks me for not putting in the code emailed into the app that I didn’t know needed to enter and there is no where to enter it. Tried to sign in a few times but keeps on saying “Error 500” I have had to delete the app from both iPad & iPhone & reinstall it, made it forget my password then it gave me like a long 15 number & letter password. Then from there i was able to set up a 4 digit pin….now I can sign in with just my PIN number (on both devices) **Developer response:** Sorry to hear that.
