You type into the void and all you see is just a blank screen with input and ability to attach files… ### 1/5 — Не рекомендую *2026-03-26, version 4.19.5* Не відкрили онлайн рахунок написали що потрібно прийти в банк написав в підтримку там також нічого не знають кажуть одне й те саме як по спічу не рекомендую краще відкрити пумб чи ще щось але не цей банк де навіть не зможуть вирішити ваше питання ### 1/5 — Оцінка додатку для фіз осіб, але з бізнесом працюють не краще *2026-03-24, version 4.19.5* Найгірший досвід роботи із банками, а як фоп та юр.особа я працював із різними банками. Переідентифікація поставила крапку у відносинах із цим банком. Що казати, якщо застосунок фіз.особи не може оновити дані і оператора у чаті доводить очікувати більше години. Звісно, коли він зʼявляється - ти його пропускаєш і так по колу. Оновлення даних бізнес абонента - це окрема історія, вони не слідують своєму ж демо відео і блокують рахунок на підставі відправки не того формату файлу, хоча самі його показують у відео. Не розумію тільки як забрати власні кошти, якщо зв’язатися не має змоги. ### 5/5 — 👍 *2026-03-15, version 4.19.5* 👍 ### 1/5 — Не можуть відкрити картку онлайн *2026-03-04, version 4.18.4* Банк не може відкрити мені рахунок віддалено. Вказавши достовірні дані в анкеті і надавши всю необхідну інформацію, Райф чомусь вважає, що мені потрібно ще звертатись у відділення. Їхати в інше місто чисто заради того щоб стати вашим клієнтом, втрачати свій час коли інші банки спокійно можуть прислати картку і відкрити рахунок. Ви втрачаєте клієнта ще на етапі реєстрації своїм сервісом на рівні Ощаду. До того ж буду радити всім своїм знайомим навіть не пробувати ваш банк, щоб вони втрачали час як я. ### 1/5 — Гімнобанк *2026-02-26, version 4.18.4* Кончений додаток, кончена підтримка, яка не може нічого вирішити ### 1/5 — Ідентифікація *2026-02-25, version 4.18.4* Одразу видно, що рейтинг штучно завищений, адже додаток набагато менш функціональний за той же Моно чи Приват. Ідентифікація простої карти перетворилася на суцільний двотижневий жах: через додаток жодного документа не можна завантажити, натомість потрібно вручну кожний документ (паспорт, код, купу опитувальників, декларацію) підписувати через десетопну дію, причому в дуже специфічному форматі). Звʼязатися з менеджерами нормально не можна - потрібно мати неабиякий хист, щоб обійти автовідповідач та вийти на живу людину. Також для ідентифікації (УВАГА!) потрібно домовитись на певний визначений час, щоб у відеорежимі (але не просто у відеорежимі, а саме через глючний Teams) їхній працівник зміг пересвідчитись, що Ви - це Ви. І вишенька на торті: Вам періодично телефонує автовідповідач та в стилі кол-центру «нагадує», що Вашу карту скоро заблокують. Замість того, щоб по-людськи зробити ідентифікацію через додаток (в мене ідентифікація в Моно та Приваті через додаток зайняла 15 хвилин) потрібно проходити через купу зроблених через одне місце довготривалих надскладних процедур і стилі «Якщо Ви хочете бути нашим клієнтом, то Ви є садомазохістом, отже біль і страждання - це ті 50 відтінків сірого, яким ми Вам із задоволенням на всі 100% надамо!» ### 1/5 — Поддержка *2026-02-25, version 4.18.4* Самая конченная поддержка которую знаю, не могут дать нормальный ответ, завершают чат. Шаблоном ответят и завершат диалог, как не поставь вопрос, получишь шаблонный ответ, в котором не будет четкого ответа и завершится диалог! ### 5/5 — Неможливо пройти реєстрацію *2026-01-17* Тиждень намагаюсь пройти реєстрацію, повідомив про проблему, на етапі вибору суми яка може прийти на рахунок не можливо приховати клавіатуру. Відео з проблемою висилав на райф хелп , відповіді нуль. Відгук - 1 зірка , якщо виправите помилку будемо далі тестувати і давати обʼєктивну оцінку.
