Was working fine until the last update. Now it tells me my username is incorrect. It’s not incorrect. ### 1/5 — Upgrade wrecked the app *2025-07-29, version 3.0.0* Terrible! Before the app upgrade the only problem was the font was too small making it unreadable. Now the font is so big that the last number falls onto a new line. Also scrolling through transactions has become difficult due to a floating date block. Please fix this. Like so many others I get told I have a problem with an Apple payment?? I have to sign into Apple, and I'm told my Apple ID is incorrect! I thought I had been hacked! I ended up changing my Apple ID password several times. Calling Apple to see if I had been hacked- it certainly acts as though it is compromising my Apple security somehow! And I have NO WAY of checking my account, because RAMS is ALL ONLINE!! If it ain't broke guys.... This issue alone has me looking for to refinance with another lender. I was also very glad to see support for face ID. The only thing stopping me from giving this a 5 star rating is the absurd password security requirement of only 6-8 characters. However, I’ve noticed with recent updates that the app has become extra buggy.
