Bus schedules aren’t updated in the app.

The live arrival time is somehow inaccurate and could be improved as such how the apps can detect the bus location. I have two cases which I have to wait around 30 additional monutes for the bus to arrive compared to the time it shown.

I’ve been using the bus until I used Trek. Stupid bus either has no tracker or not running. Like I don’t even know if I should wait. One time I waited an hour for the bus and I gave up. No bus for T601 and T545. It’s like there is just one bus going in a loop. Such an inconvenience

Whenever I open the live tracker in the pulse apps, the apps automatically shut down. A restart notification appears, however the glitches and bug automatically shutting down still occur. I kindly request that this issue be investigated and resolved.

From the app it says that the bus will depart from the MRT station at 1:15pm. I am confident that at exacly 1:15pm (with a little wiggle time) the bus will leave. I was waiting at the designated bus stop that is 3 stops away from the station by 1:09pm expecting the bus will arrive around 1:20pm or so. Then I checked the app and it changed to 1:45pm departure without an incoming bus from the 1:15pm schedule. This is disappointing for someone who needs to be on time for a certain occasion and there is no reason for a bus scheduled at that time to delay. I didn't only experienced this once but most of the time from different bus lines. I hope you can stick to your schedule as stated in the app.

Terima kasih Prasarana for the app. Live bus tracker is accurate. Route suggestions was great, though there were other routes that are not suggested, which is possible if the user know the road/trips. Overall, ny cukai pendapatan well spent. Keep it up!

OMGGG thank you so much to whoever created this apps, its so so so so much useful for me I really appreciate it, it easier My life so much.I love how the bus come on time but sometimes just late only for about 2,3 mins. I already install the similar apps like this but this apps the best one love it❤️❤️
