I have two cases which I have to wait around 30 additional monutes for the bus to arrive compared to the time it shown. ### 3/5 — The apps always glitching *2025-09-30, version 1.0.26* Whenever I open the live tracker in the pulse apps, the apps automatically shut down. A restart notification appears, however the glitches and bug automatically shutting down still occur. I kindly request that this issue be investigated and resolved. ### 4/5 — It helped me to plan my trip *2025-09-21, version 1.0.25* I’m able to plan my trip follow this app but the live map keep lagging after I click start ### 3/5 — App is good but buses don't follow the correct schedule *2025-09-08, version 1.0.25* From the app it says that the bus will depart from the MRT station at 1:15pm. I am confident that at exacly 1:15pm (with a little wiggle time) the bus will leave. I was waiting at the designated bus stop that is 3 stops away from the station by 1:09pm expecting the bus will arrive around 1:20pm or so. Then I checked the app and it changed to 1:45pm departure without an incoming bus from the 1:15pm schedule. This is disappointing for someone who needs to be on time for a certain occasion and there is no reason for a bus scheduled at that time to delay. I didn't only experienced this once but most of the time from different bus lines. I hope you can stick to your schedule as stated in the app. ### 4/5 — Like to see the bus schedule *2025-07-08, version 1.0.20* Like earlier version when you click on bus you could track the bus and check the whole day schedules bus in the new app, I am missing the whole day schedule but bus tracking is great. I hope to see the bus schedule or may be I am not sure where to check in the app. ### 4/5 — The app kept on having an update issue *2025-06-18, version 1.0.18* I can’t see the whereabouts of the buses cause it keeps on showing “currently having an issue” almost everyday ### 3/5 — Not Reliable *2025-05-30, version 1.0.16* UI is better than the previous app, but bus tracking is not always accurate and sometimes there are ‘ghost buses’ which are actually on the road but don’t show up on the app. Bus schedules are also not correct sometimes and I often encounter instances where a bus left earlier than the stated departure time. ### 3/5 — Apps problem *2025-05-28, version 1.0.16* It has been few days facing problem with this apps. Cannot check the schedule as it says having an issue and to try again later. ### 2/5 — Tracker not accurate *2025-05-04, version 1.0.14* The live bus tracker is not showing accurately on map. On the previous app it is working very well so I am quite disappointed they retire the old apps. Now it is really hard to know when I should wait at the bus stop. ### 4/5 — myRapid on Demand *2025-04-04, version 1.0.11* I love the new interface and have no problem downloading the new one and removing the old. I see that it’s more simple and user friendly. However, I do still have issues with the on Demand feature, I see that the app may just be in its early development but I hope the options for when on Demand (such as availability, schedule, booking- i don’t know how it works because I’ve never used it because I still dont understand how to even use it. Lots of clutters, information is bits here and there. Trackers are out of sync. Had to refer to Rapid Kiosk site instead to track. Looking for Rapid On-Demand is a hassle (not straight forward for new comer). The route suggestion ask me to walk 45min ### 2/5 — Slow yakmat *2025-03-12, version 1.0.10* Istg this app although VERY useful at the same time VERY slow and not responsive. E.g., I’m searching for T8XX bus, the bus icon just slow and within minutes I’d miss or have to keep waiting for the bus. Keeps crashing. Pls developer improve for more seamless experience. Stupid bus either has no tracker or not running. Like I don’t even know if I should wait. One time I waited an hour for the bus and I gave up. No bus for T601 and T545. It’s like there is just one bus going in a loop. Such an inconvenience ### 1/5 — Terrible and useless *2025-07-31* The app is useless. It’s clunky and doesn’t provide correct information. It’s difficult to plan a route and the results come back incorrect. ### 1/5 — Has potential *2025-07-21, version 1.0.21* As a long time public transport user, even using Moovit for many years, I find it difficult to navigate the app in comparison to existing platforms. More importantly, bus times are often incorrect because the drivers decide to skip journeys for no reason. A bit of warning or update would be helpful. (For my journeys, I do not receive the notifications). Some suggestions: 1. I’ve had customer service to check “how many buses are available” on the bus kiosk website, which I feel should be incorporated into the app as well. 2. I would like updates on specific routes/buses/trains/stations relevant to me if there’s an issue. I do not need notification updates on everything, as it is quite annoying—only a specific few I choose. The tracking is often delayed or shows incorrect positions, making it unreliable. It’s frustrating to rely on an app that doesn’t serve its purpose—leaving users to wait at the bus stop and guess when the bus might actually arrive. There are several issues that need to be addressed. It would have been better if the developers and relevant authorities had properly tested the app themselves before releasing it to the public. I wait 20 mins for a bus (T587) at Desa petaling but no update from this app so called advance from the old one. And the app are very laggy and slow. Suckss 2. I called customer service to confirm if the bus is available or not (usually there 2 bus) but the cs guy are very slow to answer and give me an update!!! You know right your working to serve customer??
