## What is MyREC?

MyREC provides Rappahannock Electric Cooperative customers account management at their fingertips. Customers can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues and receive special messaging from REC.

Additional Features: 

Bill & Pay - 
Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history including PDF versions of paper bills directly on your mobile device. 

My Usage - 
View energy usage graphs to identify high usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using an intuitive gesture based interface. 

Contact Us - 
Easily contact REC by email or phone. You can also submit one of the many predefined messages, with the ability to include pictures and GPS coordinates. 

Maps - 
Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.

Used to be a good app until December 2021. Cannot connect and was able to reset password to connect until March 2022.  Now, cannot login at all.  Completed iOS updates, deleted and reinstalled app without success. Based on other reviews, this isn’t isolated.

I used to use this app a lot, mostly to pay my bill and monitor my usage. However it hasn’t worked in over a month. Won’t get past the sign in screen. Reports that it’s unable to communicate with the server. 

This used to be a very useful app. But obviously, it’s useless now. I’ve tried to delete the app and then reinstall. But same results.

This is a decent, user-friendly electrical utility customer application. I have no complaints. One suggestion would be to add a set of button selections to describe an outage, along with an area for a detailed description of the problem. This way the control center would know if the problem is just a transient outage of a few seconds due to a recloser cycling from a branch hitting a line, or if a full outage has occurred. The more information that is available, the better-equipped the dispatcher will be to send the right crew to assess the situation.
