One push is enough to get to the desired position. I got this chair as my second lift chair, I loved the old one. ### 3/5 — Easy to use but……. *2026-01-30, version 2.1.0* I just purchased a Zecliner 2+ lift/recliner and absolutely love the chair. As of right now, the lumbar support is not working but someone is coming out to try to find the problem. Now on to the app, I find it very easy to pair and use. BUT, here is my problem with it. Why do you have to reconnect to the chair every time you use it??? This can be very frustrating. Does this occur only on the iPhone version or is this same issue present on the Android app?? Another thing that is starting to make me crazy is having to adjust the brightness of the light almost every time you use the app. It seems like this should be a simple fix. The app has not been updated in over a year and it really needs to be addressed and fixed. I hope an update is coming sooner rather than later so allow me chair and app to stay connected. Other than these two issues, it is a very useful tool for Zecliner chair users. ### 5/5 — Programming (figured it out) *2025-09-21, version 2.1.0* To program hold down the (P) button till it’s blinking and mode 1 is the TV icon and Mode 2 is the Zzz icon. Bring the chair to desired position then set program to one of those then set the other. Hold program till blinking select mode 1 or 2 for the setting you want then done. Hope this helps ### 1/5 — Memory Setting Still Not Working *2025-09-15, version 2.1.0* I purchased the Model 2+ Exclusive last week. For the price I expected a pre-programmable feature but was reassured that at least I could use the app for that. Not. The latest update (1 yr ago!) is described as “fixed some issues.” Clearly they didn’t fix the memory feature. There is no excuse, considering that the complaints about this problem go back years. Obviously it is not a priority to the company. ### 2/5 — Refresh *2025-08-01, version 2.1.0* Why is this app the only one that needs to be manually refreshed each time i open the app…which is when it should auto-refresh. ### 5/5 — This app works now! *2025-05-30, version 2.1.0* Simple to learn and use. No problems as of 5/30/25. I don't use the corded remote except, rarely, when my phone is discharged. ### 2/5 — Could be good but isn’t *2025-02-19, version 2.1.0* I searched everywhere but could not find an instruction manual for this app. I assume the “P” button is to program buttons in the app, but the app has zero buttons that aren’t already assigned a function. Needs an update to correct this and a link to an instruction’s page. ### 5/5 — Recliner *2024-09-06, version 2.1.0* App works well. Have no idea what the P button does. You can set the TV button by reading the instructions the instructions that come with the recliner. ### 2/5 — App does not set/store memory settings *2024-02-02, version 2.0.8* This is the same issue as nearly all of the other reviews. If there is not a fix perhaps remove the capability from the app description. The other functions are fine. ### 2/5 — Program feature doesn’t work *2022-03-05, version 1.0.2* All the other buttons work fine but to me the program feature is the main reason to download the app. I’ve tried several times but neither button works.
