## What is Myrekod?

MyRekod is a digital health data platform, accessible as an app and in web that focuses on the patient and allows them to digitally capture, store, have realtime access and mobility of their health data. 
Developed as a patient driven platform, the patient maintains the sovereign right of ownership of their health data. Leveraging on AI and various blockchain modules, MyRekod connects the patient to the various health care ecosystem players and facilitates insightful data driven decisions that allows doctors to provide better healthcare for patients and improve patient outcomes.
