This app is the perfect fitness app for anyone with a desk based job like mine. 
It tracks reps automatically using your iPhone’s camera. 

I can do short workouts right from my chair, even during office hours in few minutes. 

I highly recommend it for people in wheelchairs or going through neurological rehab. 

The exercises are simple, effective, and the app respects your privacy.

A brilliant tool for staying active any time, anywhere.
