Sbulan bisa 5-15x no internet connection tp indikator tetap hijau.
Di tlp cmn di jawab akan di urus 1x24jam.
Di desember dalam 1 minggu telp my republic 5-7x sampai akhirnya di bilang akan di berikan kompensasi, tp di januari tidak ada kompensasi dan akan di masukan billing di febuari. Di januari pun tetap no internet connection, masuk febuari billing tetap sama.. hadeh

Hadueh gak internet nya gak pelayanannya sama aja lemot deh,,, tiap bulan pasti ada aja problem gangguan dari malam smpe pagi atau dari pagi ampe sore padahal ini di taro di kos2an tapi tiap bulan ada aja gangguan klo di telfon di jadwalinnya pagi pagi hari nya gak kya provider sebelah klo komplain langsung ada teknisi dteng entahlah bayar tiap bulan mahal tapi kualitas sama pelayananan tidak sesuai.!!!

Parah. Tiap weekend datanglah email pemberitahuan kalau ada pemeliharaan jaringan. Habis kontrak pindahlah ke provider lain. Buat yg baru mau berlangganan saran saya jangan deh. Pelayanan super buruk. Bagus dia awal bulan pertama aja. Setelah itu tensi naik terus dibuatnya.

Tahun 2020 ini Sudah 7x internet mati karena (kata teknisi) sambungan kabel ke main linenya putus. Berarti kualitas pekerjaan & material yang Anda buruk ya ketika pemasangan? 

Di area sini hanya ada myrep dan kepunyaan BUMN. Kalau memang belum mampu, lebih baik jangan monopoli jaringan.

Dijanjikan pemotongan tagihan setiap 3x kunjungan teknisi tapi ngga ada pemotongan apapun. Adanya kenaikan biaya plus tambahan materai.

Tgl 30 Nov mati, sekarang 22 Des juga mati lagi. Baru bisa datang tanggal 24; apa banyak yang bermasalah juga kah? 

Kesimpulannya not recommended.

Sangat mengecewakan pelayanan customer service nya , janji mau dtg tapi malah nggak datang2 untuk nyelesain kendala.

Apps gabisa login, bot nya juga ngawur padahal udh benar 4 digit akhir nomor telepon yg di input tapi gagal terus ngecek nya.

Pelayanannya parah sangat !!

baru 2 minggu pasang udah sering koneksi tiba tiba lemot dan ditambah udh sehari lebih internet malah putus, lapor customer service via whatsapp dan telegram cuma dilayanin sama BOT yg jawabannya template gak ada solusi, lapor jam 1 siang sampa besok pagi nya belum ada tanggapan apa apa, sambungan telepon customer service nya juga bertele tele kebanyakan informasi kurang penting bikin boros pulsa, the best 👍🏻

Ini sudah yang ke 6 x putus, (setahun pemakaian) jadi rasio nya terlalu sering menurut saya,  saya tidak paham metode repair yang dipakai sama my rep. Putus tanggal 30 juni tanggal 3 juli putus lagi, saya baru kali ini pakai provider seperti ini. Jujur, saya pakai my rep krn tidak ada provider yg lain,  Not recommended

Great idea but the App doesn’t work. Can’t get past the login without “server error” message after entering the SMS OTP. MyRepublic has not been able to maintain this. They should just kill the service. It is a shame and disappointment.

As of 05SEP2023 15:40, it was mentioned to me that MyRepublic Talk app doesn't support 5G numbers. It should have been mentioned in the app descriptions. Been trying to login again and again and that app kept saying your number is not a MyRepublic number! Bummer!

My work requires me to contact Singapore landlines while abroad. This app is life saviour after Skype removed a similar service. Now they are removing the app. Very likely I keen to port out as Myrepublic general mobile service wasn’t that great to retain me. This MyRepublic Talk was the reason that I stayed

Great service for customers, however, it doesn’t really function well. The UI should also be modernised. I couldn’t reach my bank on the phone because the system said my account/ID numbers were wrong. I suspect the keypad within the app does not transmit the right numbers as the numbers which the system read back to me were all completely off.
