Horrible scanning check deposit. Checks are rejected cause not endorsed correctly but all the info is on my check. Called customer service they were NOT helpful. Thinking of closing my acct.

I just opened a checking account at my local bank. While the entire process was painless, the app won’t log in. I am able to view all the info online but app won’t work. Will try again tomorrow.

App last evaluated my phone 1 week ago, totally useless!  Going to delete app and go back looking up on Internet on phone!

Very easy to use & maneuver around. However, I have notifications turned on for my account such as to notify when the balance is low. It does not notify me. The only time it will is when I open the app, close out of it & then I receive the notification. Not very helpful… i don’t get notified so that I can add money to account or transfer funds before more payments come out & It ends up becoming an ISF fee.

It is great to have someone with you as we do with Resource Bank.  
They are just a phone call away.
They are very professional and the Drive Through tellers are great, happy and welcoming people.

Laura Hurst is literally the BEST client advisor I have ever had at Resource Bank. She has been able to solve any problem I have had ( and there were many) quickly and without judgement. I think she is one of the best employees Resource Bank has and she is the reason that even tho I live over an hour away. I will not change banks because of Laura!!!!!

The absolute nicest people you could ever work with! These individuals are professionals through and through and are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Banking is easy, fun, and pleasurable with resource bank! I have been with them for 15 years and I can’t say enough how wonderful they are!

At Resource Bank the staff is always looking out for us and calls when they see any changes in our spending habits to make sure it is us doing the spending and our cards haven’t been stolen. Everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. A quality establishment.
