### 5/5 — Like your own personal trainer

*2020-09-11, version 1.2.1*

I started using this app 3 weeks after giving birth and now, 3 months later, I’m thankful that I’ve had this app (and the founder!) as a resource. Postpartum is a tough period and there can be a desire to want to get back into shape ASAP. I love that this app offers QUICK workouts (bc hi mom life) that are efficient and most importantly safe for postpartum. I may not be where I want to be yet physically but this app is helping me get there!

### 5/5 — Amazing App

*2020-07-27, version 1.1.0*

This apps provides not only workouts but also other tools for your postpartum recovery! I noticed a big difference in my fitness level after only a weeks. If you have an issue with the App use the feedback link and the issue is resolved the same day.

### 5/5 — Absolutely awesome with DR

*2020-06-14, version 1.0.9*

I had a 2.25 gap of DR and once I started the app it got reduced to 1 within 2-3 short weeks! I love that she walks through the exercises with you so it feels like I'm in a class, highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Worth it. Get the app!

*2020-04-22, version 1.0.9*

This is a really good app to help you get moving and start your recovery. This app has been especially helpful to me because I have DR and the workouts worked well with what I was doing in PT. It also has great features for scar management which I found very helpful as well. I have noticed the change in the strength I have to get through the workouts and also have noticed my DR getting better. The workouts are low impact and build as you progress which is great to help you properly recover. This is something that I learned during pregnancy and following SnapBack on how important it is to not get back into your normal gym routine and go back to doing crunches. Thanks to the SnapBack app for giving me the knowledge and creating a great app to help with core recovery. Mommy pouch don’t get too comfortable!

### 5/5 — So helpful!

*2020-04-09, version 1.0.9*

I mainly used this app to log how long I was breastfeeding for (in the early days) and the exercises. I truly believe these exercises were the reason I recovered so quickly after my c-section and had no separation at my 6 week appointment. Quick and effective!

### 5/5 — High quality information and work outs

*2020-02-26*

This app provides so much good and high quality information to women who are postpartum. I downloaded it in order to help rehab my pelvic floor and “SnapBack” but it’s quickly become my go to app for logging and reminders. I find myself practicing the exercises even when I’m resting and playing with baby.

### 5/5 — A new mom’s must have app

*2020-02-26, version 1.0.8*

This app takes away the stress of having to think about what you can or should be doing after giving back to return to fitness . It’s got a wealth of information from breast feeding topics to diastasis recti to pelvic health. U have to go to professional physical therapy to get this type of information and guidance .
The workout routines are great and a Must for any mom who wants to get her pre pregnancy body and strength back .
Def a unique app to have on your phone so you can use it whenever or wherever you have a moment to get a quick rehabilitation workout in !

### 5/5 — The APP every pregnant and PP woman needs!

*2020-02-22, version 1.0.8*

This app has seriously changed my life. I have been using it as soon as I delivered my second and I can definitely tell the difference I feel in my body. I’m no longer peeing on myself. Thanks to this app. The work outs are simple, quick, and easy. They can be done in the comfort of your own home! Seriously worth every penny!!!

### 5/5 — A must have for mommas!

*2020-02-19, version 1.0.7*

Such a great resource for new moms!! Def a must have , gives you week by week updates on what to expect as a mom and with your baby (which are spot on!) and a good guide to safely start moving again... it’s realistic with the time you have with your new baby . Seriously a game changer

### 5/5 — Most helpful app!

*2020-02-19, version 1.0.7*

Best all-round app out there for pregnancy and postpartum! It has helpful references for yourself and your baby with quick and easy access! Along with short and simple to follow at-home workouts! This is a must need app for all the mommas old and new!

### 5/5 — The best!!

*2020-02-19, version 1.0.7*

I was so excited to use this app for my postpartum recovery that I downloaded it while still pregnant! I am now 9 weeks postpartum and the information Dr. Pinkey Patel provides, along with her personal touch and wit makes you feel informed and not alone in this journey of motherhood. Breastfeeding is hard. Pumping is hard. Doing it all at the same time is hard. Not to mention your downstairs area being all out of whack! Pinkey has found a way to bring it all together and keep us wanting more. She has only just begun her journey with The SnapBack, so not only is she communicative and prompt with her customer service messages, but also constantly upgrading....she strives to make sure her customers not only have what they need, but what they want to help them with their recovery! I LOVE the exercises, her info, and look forward to learning more as I evolve in my recovery. Download this, you won’t regret it!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t even sign up

*2025-08-02, version 4.1.1*

Trying to sign up is a whole process. Glitchy poorly executed. Good idea. Just hire actual developers instead of penny pinching

### 1/5 — Always buffing even with premium membership!

*2022-05-23, version 1.2.3*

Do not get this app — I was told it was great for post partum recovery so I paid the $40 subscription and it never works! Every time I open the app it’s been buffering for 15+ mins and if you are a new mom you know you don’t have time to wait when you do have a little spare time to workout. I thought it was my internet but all my other apps open and work fine/immediately. I only got to use my subscription 3x because the buffering period was always too long and so I ended up canceling it after a month. Such a waste of money!

### 2/5 — Good work outs, glitchy app

*2023-05-08, version 2.3.9*

The app is extremely glitchy. Won’t save health information, exercises won’t save and often freeze. Horrible music with exercises. If you can get over that, it does have good information and good work outs.

### 2/5 — A lot of room for improvement

*2022-03-11, version 1.2.3*

I was super excited about this app (particularly because looking up videos on Google/YouTube can be time consuming and I often question the reliability/safety of some of the postpartum workout plans online..) but this app leaves a lot to be desired. For someone who is pretty fit and worked out regularly up until the day of delivery, I wish the workouts were customizable so I could access all of the videos and choose which day’s exercise my body was ready for or do more than one exercise. I’ve been doing 10-20min of deep breathing daily since pp day 4, so the fact that today’s workout was just 4 minutes of more deep breathing was disappointing. I wanted to access the videos for week 3, but the app only lets you view the recommended exercise for that day. I also tried updating my preferences from 4 to 7 days of exercises, but unfortunately the app does not refresh with a workout plan once you’ve already entered your preference. Overall it’s a great concept but could be so much better. Until the kinks are worked out, if you were fairly fit before delivery, I would recommend using Robin’s postpartum strength classes on the Peloton app in addition to daily deep breathing sessions and short walks as tolerated.

### 2/5 — Glitchy app, good exercises

*2020-10-30, version 1.2.2*

I’m not sure if this is just me, but 75% of the time this app either fails to load or freezes mid exercises. I have other fitness apps (SWEAT, Peloton) and none of them have this problem. For $75 for three months, this is unacceptable. Exercises are good and have been helpful, but what good is that if you can’t consistently use the app? This needs to be fixed.

### 3/5 — Almost there but very buggy

*2024-10-26*

This could be a great app but there’s a lot of bugs that need to be worked out that don’t make the $25/month worth it. The workout videos - which are the main draw of the app and what would be worth paying $25/month for are very glitchy. I currently can’t access any of them as it takes me directly to the “completed” screen when I try to play them, and on the off occasion I can play them, there is no sound.

Also, their support is almost nonexistent or very inconsistent. I emailed them 2 days ago about the issues I’m having and haven’t heard back. If it was a free app, I can understand but the fact that there’s only a 7 day free trial means I expect a better response time and less bugs.

### 3/5 — App has glitches

*2023-04-24, version 2.2.7*

The app idea over all is very nice. Women need pelvic floor rehab post partum for sure. And Dr. pinkey patel is really awesome! I did love her workouts,
However , the app keeps on freezing , and for me the exercises were stuck at 2 weeks and 7 days for about a week and a half. Also , canceling the subscription is not easy. The app and support team could have been faster with their replies.

### 3/5 — Logs inaccessible

*2020-02-28, version 1.0.8*

Update:logs are accessible. Unfortunately it won’t save the breastfeeding time which is inconvenient. I also noticed the exercises stay on week one day seven. It won’t let me progress to week two and I don’t believe that’s a subscription service. Good app but still has a few bugs.

This would be a great app. It’s is supposed to track all the necessary details however, the logs don’t work. I downloaded this app a week ago and it was working fine. I updated the app and now, when I open up the logs to track when the last feeding was and how long, or how much I pumped from each breast or the number of diapers, the log screen goes blank and the app freezes. I tried re-downloading the app and still there is a bug or glitch in the log section. So now the app is just helpful for the workouts, and journal. It’s a shame because the most important information to keep track of is just gone and it was such a good idea in theory. I submitted feedback to let them know about the error/glitch but who knows if it’ll get fixed.

### 4/5 — Great app! But some glitches

*2020-10-21, version 1.2.2*

Love everything about this app! First time mom here and been using it since day 2 of giving birth. However there are a couple things with the app that glitches, which can be inconvenient. Some times when I open the app it takes forever for it to load and for me to access the app. Even when I close out of it and open it again, it still takes forever and then I miss the exact time I started feeding. I’ve also had issues with the log, where it doesn’t save entries properly and if I open an entry to edit, it sometimes clears it out and saves it as 0’s. Would there be a way to fix these bugs?

### 5/5 — Postpartum Savior!

*2023-02-25, version 2.2.4*

I first used Myri after my endometriosis excision surgery in 2020 when in person pelvic floor PT was limited. It helped me get back to my workout routine fairly quickly without feeling like I was starting from scratch again. Fast forward to November 2022, I started using the app after having my first baby via c-section. It was super helpful in aiding my recovery and feeling confident to gradually increase my workout routine. I even followed up with my Pelvic Floor PT who was highly impressed with my progress 2 months postpartum all because of the foundations laid out by Myri!

### 5/5 — A Postpartum Must Have!

*2022-04-07, version 1.2.3*

I am so glad I had this app postpartum!
It’s crazy to me the lack of awareness and resources around pelvic floor health and recovery postpartum. Fitness and wellness has always been a big part of my life, so I knew when I got pregnant that I wanted to make sure that I was doing what I could to prevent pelvic floor/core issues that might arise later. This app was a one stop shop! The exercises were easy to follow and there were so many different things included to help with that postpartum period.

You won’t regret getting this!

### 5/5 — A MUST HAVE FOR NEW MOMS!

*2022-03-17, version 1.2.3*

A downloaded this app when I was pregnant with my second LO. It changed my postpartum healing for the better. The guidance, the attention to detail, the community, it was just amazing! I wish I had this as a first time Mom, but better late than never! Thank you Dr Pinkey Patel!

### 5/5 — Why you need this app!

*2021-08-10, version 1.2.3*

As a mom of 2 and physician - let me tell you: no one tells you how hard it is to deal with pelvic floor and core weakness. Not even my Obgyn! I worked out plenty and thought I’d be fine - but I was far from it. After my second baby was born, my muscles became so unsynchronized, my back arched, my hips internally rotated, and I struggled with back pain. And yes - all those muscles attach to your pelvis! Who knew it all stemmed from poor recovery after my first child 4 years ago!
I Finally started PT and the therapist I’m working with knows and learned from this app! She encouraged me to use it and also tells other patients to use it before, during, and after pregnancy. Something (again) no one tells you!

As someone who just wanted to jump back in - this app taught me it’s okay to just breath as a work out - be patient. Truly the best thing I did to retrain my core. What’s also great is you can tell Pinky just wants you to feel strong - which is why the free version even has sooo much content! Women supporting women - it’s awesome!

Thanks so much for what you do! I’ve been telling all my patients to do this in pregnancy so they have smoother deliveries and recovery!

### 5/5 — I'm snappin back!

*2021-07-27, version 1.2.3*

I'm a big believer in working out and being the healthiest you. I was so excited to start this app that I downloaded way before I delivered. I am now 7 weeks postpartum and recently had my wellness check with my doctor and my doctor said she was surprised how quickly I healed. It's all due to Pinky and her daily workouts/exercises. I love reading the weekly updates and to know I am not alone in what I'm feeling is great! I also enjoy that you can document all you little ones diapers, feedings and your pumping all in one place. It is so handy when you go to the pediatrician's office and they ask for the run down. People have asked what they recommend for pregnancy and I always mention this app. Definitely worth it!

### 5/5 — Great for core recovery

*2021-05-25, version 1.2.2*

I had a c section and reached out to Dr. Pinkey over Instagram. I used her workouts for 6 weeks and although they seemed easy at first, I realized week 2 why I was doing them. Just lifting my leg up and down hurt. I realized I needed to really work on my core. SnapBack helped me reach my goal. I highly recommend using this app before starting any workout postpartum. Heal your body and take your time.

### 5/5 — Needs to be standard for women!

*2021-05-17, version 1.2.2*

I had such an AMAZING RECOVERY this time with my second baby. My core healed up better and zero peeing on myself this time. The articles were a bonus and my breastfeeding was better bc of the details each week. I can’t believe women are expected to go home and not know this. Loved this App.

### 5/5 — Postpartum MUST HAVE!

*2021-01-28, version 1.2.2*

I came across this app when I was pregnant with my second baby. After my first babe was born I had diastasis recti, which no one told me to be aware of including my OB. Already going through my first postpartum period I knew I needed to be more prepared. This app is the one stop shop for all our postpartum needs. It includes feeding logs, appropriate weekly exercises which are personalized to your current symptoms, abdominal separation, so much more. This app definitely has taken away all the thinking we do regarding where to log and what exercise to do and allows us to actually DO and move on with our busy days as new mommas! Also, Pinkey has been absolutely wonderful with responding to personal questions and technical issues on the app!! If you get this app, you def won’t regret it!

### 5/5 — Must have for postpartum recovery

*2020-10-16, version 1.2.2*

I heard about the app from one of my friend and also social media, and was eager to find out how it would help me.
To say that postpartum period is hard is an understatement of the century... nobody tells you the hard reality you are about to face, however this app has it all. Dr Pinkey Patel is simply amazing and very knowledgeable and responsive.
This app goes through all, workout, how to start where to start, as simple as breathing exercises are all laid out in a program for you. They only take 15-18 min a day, and it’s the best 20 min you will spend on yourself. It even has a community feature where you can ask all questions to women who are going through the same stuff as you.
Everybody should have this app as soon as they know they are pregnant.
It’s a must have for postpartum care!

### 5/5 — Best App for stay fit during and after pregnancy

*2020-10-15, version 1.2.2*

I have tried many apps but this app is the best one. I feel so connected to it and gives me a push to keep my morning goals going. There is so much material to learn from,
