The MyRichardson App makes connecting with the City of Richardson easier than ever. You can report issues directly to City staff and track the progress of your issue to completion. You can also keep up to date on City news and events. Here’s how it works: 1. See something in Richardson that needs to be fixed? (A pothole, high weeds/grass, missed trash/recycling collection, graffiti, watering violations, etc.) 2. Submit a request through the app. You can attach a photo and pinpoint the location using your phone. 3. City staff receives the request and resolves the issue. You can submit issues anonymously or provide your contact information to receive updates when your request is completed. I assume the page is supposed to display the EULA. Can’t even get the 1st step after installing the app correct? I selected “CANCEL” and uninstalled. How much of our taxes are going to this very poor app developer? Then I could only see half the payment info screen. They said it won’t work with iPhone anymore unless I download a different browser.Why they had to change it I don’t know! They blamed it Apple/iPhone.Maybe they changed it because of too security issues. All I know is I’m having to waste a lot of time to make it work. Now it says my login information is incorrect... but THEY are incorrect. And it doesn’t even have a Username or Password recovery button... so now what am I supposed to do?
