App/website page loads but the databases are broken and never populate data. Just call the numbers listed on the website instead of wasting time online. I am a Richardson resident and expect something better than this ### 1/5 — No Accessibility *2013-04-10, version 2.0* Utterly worthless if you need to rely on Voiceover. Nothing works. You can't even get past the terms of use without turning VO off and scrolling. It won't do any good though, because nothing on the screen works after that either. Complete accessibility fail. Lawsuit waiting to happen. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — First open fail *2024-05-17, version 3.3.5* The first time I opened the app it displayed a white screen with an http 404 error and two buttons, “accept” and “cancel”. I assume the page is supposed to display the EULA. Can’t even get the 1st step after installing the app correct? I selected “CANCEL” and uninstalled. How much of our taxes are going to this very poor app developer? Should be zero. ### 1/5 — Good concept, but doesn’t work *2022-02-21, version 3.3.4* One of the buggiest apps I’ve encountered. ### 1/5 — Never works correctly *2022-02-08, version 3.3.4* App opens and it’s easy to find info on current issues but always freezes-up if you try to report an issue. The BABIC is basically worthless. Freezes and I just have to go to my laptop and pull up the website. PLEASE fix this! ### 1/5 — Crashes while submitting issues *2019-07-17, version 3.3.4* Great app, love the idea. But it crashes in the middle of reporting issues. So until that’s fixed, it’s kind of useless ### 1/5 — Same old story *2018-08-10, version 3.3.3* It used to work great until they updated it one time. Then I could only see half the payment info screen. They said it won’t work with iPhone anymore unless I download a different browser.Why they had to change it I don’t know! They blamed it Apple/iPhone.Maybe they changed it because of too security issues. All I know is I’m having to waste a lot of time to make it work. Now it says my login information is incorrect... but THEY are incorrect. And it doesn’t even have a Username or Password recovery button... so now what am I supposed to do? The same thing you’ll have to do if you download it...waste your time and figure it out so they don’t have to. ### 1/5 — Government Can't get anything right! *2018-07-28, version 3.3.3* You put all information in hit submit app crashes. Hit search and nothing comes up ### 1/5 — App still doesn't work *2016-04-09, version 2.4* The original version of this app worked flawlessly. After the upgrade, it doesn't fit on my 4s screen. The top buttons are extremely hard to activate. More importantly, NONE of my submissions are going through. Our city has its own app :) ### 3/5 — Love app but it needs work *2017-06-05, version 2.4.1* Several times have tried to report issues...dead animal, pothole, etc. the location map never works and sometimes when I hit submit that blue wheel just spins and spins and I have to shut it down and redo the whole thing and submit again. It also shows watering days for your address, which is pretty handy.
