Ich habe die App gelöscht und neu installiert, das Motorrad mehrfach neu verbunden aber es tut sich garnichts und der Händler steht mit dem Mutterkonzern in Verbindung und es wird an einer Fehlerbehebung gearbeitet. Echt traurig das heutzutage sowas noch ein Thema sein muss und dass von so einem klasse Unternehmen. Wirklich traurig. ### 3/5 — Connexion Bluetooth instable avec Ténéré 700 World Raid 2026 *2026-06-07* J’ai une Yamaha Ténéré 700 World Raid 2026 et la connexion Bluetooth avec l’application ne fonctionne pas correctement. J’ai bien fait l’appairage depuis l’application avec le QR code de la CCU sous la selle. La moto se connecte, puis se déconnecte et se reconnecte en boucle. La connexion ne reste jamais stable, donc l’application devient inutilisable. J’ai déjà essayé de supprimer l’appairage, oublier l’appareil Bluetooth, réinstaller l’application et refaire toute la procédure, mais le problème continue. Téléphone utilisé : iPhone 17 Pro Max sous iOS 26.5.1. Merci de corriger ce problème ou de proposer une mise à jour compatible avec les dernières versions iOS. ### 4/5 — BUG connections !! *2026-06-01* Bonne application en soit, très prometteuse. Je la découvre depuis peu, permet d’enregistrer ces sorties et donner de la machine, permet aussi et très pratique, de faire ces réglages moteur, contrôle électronique et surtout de régler précisément ces amortisseurs en fessants plusieurs setting différent. Par contre, je rencontre des difficultés à connecter mon téléphone iPhone 16 plus à ma Tracer 9 GT 2026. Disfonction et déconnection du Bluetooth et wifi régulier, perte du trajet enregistré, ne répertorie pas les données de la machine convenablement, et surtout ne donne pas la bonne position de la machine !! Je ne doute pas que les techniciens de chez Yamaha vont travailler sur le problème et corriger les BUG… Merci pour le travail effectué. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t record rides *2026-05-30, version 6.2.4* Doesn’t record my rides. I thought I would get away without buying a satnav but looks like I’m going to have too now. ### 1/5 — Instabilità con ultimo iOS *2026-04-20, version 6.2.1* Da circa un mese, si verifica un malfunzionamento persistente: utilizzando un iPhone 15 Plus aggiornato all’ultima versione di iOS, la connessione Bluetooth tra lo scooter e l’app cade quasi immediatamente, rendendo di fatto impossibile l’utilizzo del servizio. Besides the constant connection drops, the program has also stopped saving trips. A software company/team working for such a big motorcycle company shouldn’t be this mediocre. Instead of a simple “we have received your comment, we are looking into it” response I would like to see more tangible solutions to the problems. Aggiornamento urgente !!! *2026-04-18, version 6.2.1* Ho comprato il 125 anche per avere connesso il telefono direttamente al Tricity ed agli auricolari midland che ho nel casco e comandare il tutto dal manubrio e vedere i percorsi delle mappe sul cruscotto. Ora, dopo diverse disconnessioni, non si connette neanche più forzando e non posso perdere ogni volta tempo per connettermi ed innervosirmi. Es wird höchstens kurz eine Verbindung aufgebaut und kurz danach ist sie weg. Mit iOS 26.3 war die Verbindung zumindest manchnal stabil, auch wenn das Turn-by-Turn Navi sich andauernd aufgehangen hat. Ich hoffe auf ein schnelles Update der App, um das Angebot nutzen zu können - ich habe mir u. a. extra deswegen eine Yamaha geholt. Die Entwickler der App sollten die Developer Updates im Vorhinein testen und fixen. Dafür gibt es die Updates! ### 1/5 — Si scollega subito *2026-04-11, version 6.2.1* L’app si collega alla moto all’accensione ma appena avvii la navigazione si scollega. Dopodiché devi rifare l’abbinamento, ma comunque avviando la navigazione questa si scollega . Fino a settimana scorsa funzionava tutto ! ### 1/5 — Not working after iOS update *2026-04-10, version 6.2.1* After updating to iOS 26.4 the bike no longer connects with the connection dropping after a second Repairing doesn’t help either the connection drops after 20 secs and then it loops the 1 second connects and disconnects ### 3/5 — Kein Speichern der Route möglich *2026-04-09* Verbindung zum Motorrad funktioniert, nur nicht immer automatisch. Die Routenaufzeichnung muss ich Manuell starten, da die Automatische Aufnahme nicht richtig funktioniert. Nach der Fahrt drücke ich auf Aufzeichnung beenden und bekomme die Meldung, dass ich die Möglichkeit habe mir alle Daten anzugucken und zu speichern. Leider gibt es keine Butten zum speichern., stattdessen habe ich oben links und oben rechts nur einen Mülleimer als Symbol und einen Pfeil der nach unten zeigt. Von meine bisherigen Touren wurde gerade mal eine automatisch gespeichert. Very poor from Yamaha as they are well aware of the issue ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-05-21, version 6.2.2* I tried everything I just brought the bike it doesn’t connect and I’m tech savvy Yamaha needs to revamp this app immediately ### 1/5 — No connection *2026-05-15* I tried everything to get the bike to connect to app. I started with making sure there was a solid connection, then tried “ forgetting” the Bluetooth and re adding. Second I re downloaded the app and then started the app first then turned the bike to on but not running the engine. Third I disconnected the battery for about 15 mins and tried both re downloading the app and re adding the Bluetooth as well as making sure the sequence was app running then moto to on. I checked my phone settings to “ app always running and tried multiple settings g changing in Google Maps including disabling google assist. I searched online and tried everything I could for an at home reset. I updated to iOS 26.4 which I read is a big issue. It was connecting prior to the update with minimal issue. After trying all the above it would connect but immediately drop. So that’s resetting the moto via the battery, resetting the app including manually adding VIN and QR scan on CCU. ### 1/5 — Spyware? There is no reason whatsoever for this app needing access to my location all the time. Seit dem Update auf Version 6.2.4 funktioniert bei mir die App endlich wieder. (Çözmüşler kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim gerçekten iyi bir uygulama sadece ufak tefek sorunları vardı onuda halletmişler Yamaha iyi bir iş çıkarmış.) ### 5/5 — Ansich gut, aber: *2025-10-11* Die ersten 3 Monate hat alles total toll geklappt, hat sich immer verbunden und es wurde alles gespeichert wenn ich es wollte. Nachdem ich jedoch einmal meinen Service Termin bzw die Kilometeranzahl überschritten habe, hängt sich die App nach dem 2. mal öffnen auf und verbindet sich nicht mehr mit dem Motorrad. Ich muss sie dann immer deinstallieren und neuinstallieren, damit ich für einen Tag wieder die App benutzen kann welche sich am nächsten Tag sich aber wieder aufhängt. Ich weiß nicht ob es an meinem Handy oder an der App oder evtl. am Motorrad liegt, wäre aber komisch weil alles Brand neu is. R125 aus 2025 und IPhone 16 auch aus 2025. Wäre schön, wenn man das irgendwie lösen könnte weil es langsam echt ätzend wird jedes Mal neuinstallieren zu müssen. ### 5/5 — Works great for me *2025-10-07, version 6.0.0* Make sure you Google the correct phone settings or it won’t work correctly, I have an Nmax tech max the sat nav works excellent through my headset, you need to change settings on your phone for this and the garmin app to work properly, ### 5/5 — Coole App mit ungenutzten Konnektivitätspotenzialen *2025-09-14* Die App ist so weit super und macht was sie soll. Leider muss ich nach längerem Nichtgebrauch der App immer wieder den QR-Code scannen und die Verbindung zur Yamaha MT-125 neu aufbauen. Und es wäre so cool, wenn man die App über einen Kurzbefehl automatisch starten könnte, wenn das Motorrad eingeschaltet wird. Leider klappt das ja aber nicht, da die Bluetooth-Verbindung aus der App heraus aufgebaut wird und eine Verbindung direkt aus dem iPhone Einstellung nicht möglich ist. ### 5/5 — Great app! *2025-04-27* It provides great information and it’s cool I can see other local routes from other riders. Fortunately you do not need a Yamaha motorcycle to use it and you can create your own account for the bike that you own. One glitch that I have run into is that you can’t add a photo in your profile. I added one pressed save but then the only option that it gives you is to cancel.
