I can’t login to my account, tells me to enter a 6 digit code but than doesn’t give me access anywhere to enter it

The app crashes constantly while chatting with the assistant. The assistant takes a long time to respond, and I have to authorize multiple times. After each crash, I have to start the whole process from scratch.

I tried three times and still couldn’t resolve my issue. Very frustrating experience.

I had my bill on auto payment and now have a bill that it did not go through. The app seemed to be frozen and even when I called for help there was no answer on your line. It initially answered and the disconnected??? I’ve been charged $70 for missing a payment which has NEVER happened before and feel that this should be forgiven due to issues with your poor web design. Combine this with the
Fact that your services are absolutely horrific as they are not linked.

My wallet was stolen so I cancelled my credit card and asked my bank to send a new one. When I got the new card I went to add it on the Rogers/Shaw app but they had already charged me $70, which I paid along with the already bloated bill for very little. I paid the entire amount manually just 4 days after the usual charge date but wasn't given any notification or reduction. Not pleased!!

Every time you open the app, you have to login in like 6 times and it never remembers to login through face ID. The app is so slow to load and just not user friendly. Its 2026. This app feels like its the year 2000. 
DO BETTER ROGERS!!! 
Borderline about to cancel my account because of the terrible user experience.

Rogers works hard to make things difficult. Shaw wasn’t fantastic but at least you could get a hold of them. Getting support for Rogers is like kicking the edge of the table with your little toe repeatably. 

Equipment is locked down and the app will only let you chat with support if you enable tracking. Because logging in with your credentials is not enough.
