### 5/5 — Real guy, real development, real support

*2020-10-18*

App takes over from all others. Very responsive and keen developer.

Finally sheds life back into HAI products that Leviton killed for profit.

### 5/5 — This is great product

*2020-08-02*

Much better than the now defunct Haiku App.

6 months after replacing haiku all I can say is thank you.

### 5/5 — Best for HAI Security/Home Automation Omni-Pro II

*2020-06-11*

This is my third Omni-Pro controller in 20 years. Started out with earlier versions and have kept current. With Leviton’s purchase of HAI doubt we will see any new controllers until they drop the line. Sad, as HAI was a very innovative company. Leviton killed it.
But for those lucky to have this controller, Myro:Home is the very best mobile software to interface with this controller. Yes, you have to pay for it but it has been continually updated. Just did an update this month. Solid performance for a reasonable price. Worth every penny.

### 5/5 — This App keeps my Leviton Omnipro useful

*2020-03-26, version 2.04*

I just installed this App (Mar 24 2020) per a neighbor’s recommendation. Very easy to set up with my Leviton Omnipro controller and seem to work great, most of the time. As I start the App on my iPhone 11, it connects to my controller and reads a bunch of parameters, then it closes itself. If I disconnect the Cat5 ethernet from my controller and run the App, it stays up but tells me that my controller if “off line”. Once I connect the Cat5 cable again, the App picks up the controller and works great. I am not sure if my controller is causing it to crash or not, but I have a work around solution and would rate this App as a 5 at this time.

I am so happy that it is available to our community of Leviton users that was abandoned by Leviton itself and left hanging with thousands of dollars in Leviton investment in our homes. American companies that complain when customers go abroad for products and services, take note: “Made in USA” companies should think about their USA customers and not about their bottom line profit. My Kudos to the Myro App Decelopers! Keep up the good work!

### 5/5 — Just works

*2019-10-01, version 1.16*

HomeKit integration is fantastic and straightforward even for a newbie like me.

Great product that takes the stability and robustness of OmniPro and makes HomeKit integration sooo easy!

The event notifications are the icing on the cake.

👍👍

### 5/5 — Solid, intuitive, robust

*2019-09-07*

The author of this product is to be commended for the attention to detail and commitment to rapidly update what is already a product well-ahead of any other.

I’m using it with an HAI OmniPro II. With Myro:Home, it suddenly feels like I’ve upgraded to a higher end system than when I fumble through the clumsy, unreliable (and outdated) SnapLink interface.

I strongly recommend this to similar users. At the very least, take the trial to test yourself.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2019-08-17*

This product is continuously getting updates. Fixes rolled out often. Finally a HAI product that works well, and is being looked after. Without a continuous income for the writer of this logic we would surely lose a great app, so pay the monthly cost and keep this app alive. It’s much better the haiku.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review and the support! Lots more updates in the works.

### 4/5 — $$$

*2019-07-31*

Looked to be a replacement for the old Haiku program. Downloaded it to my IPhone X and tried the trial. Then upped to the subscription version. Work fine on my iPad with a couple of bugs. But would not update on my phone.

Opened A ticket with support. No response. Emailed support about ticket a few days later. No Response. Emailed a second time about the first two no responses. No Response.

Needed to change this review . The program update fixed the issue and it performs flawlessly. But $50 is still a lot of money.

**Developer response:** Hi! Sorry about your experience—first, Myro Control has no relation with the folks that brought you Haiku or Space. I’d love the opportunity to help you with your issues... please create a support ticket at https://myrocontrol.com/support.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2019-07-31*

Consistently does what it is supposed to do. Worth every penny.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review! Will keep improving and adding features and fixing bugs... lots more work to do... thank you for the support!

### 5/5 — Great replacement for Haiku

*2019-04-14*

Danny personally uses Leviton products and systems. He saw the need to create a robust modern replacement for MacOS and iOS and Apple Watch. I have used his app since it was under development. The app is indispensable and works great. It has prolonged the life of my HAI system. Do not confuse his app with any Leviton app or the old Haiku. If you are still holding onto the end of life Haiku and Haiku Helper then you really need to upgrade to My:ro. And, no, I get no freebies...I am a paid user.

### 2/5 — Difficulty Connecting

*2025-10-30*

I’ve been using this app for many years and have been very please. Until very recently. The app has been disconnecting from my WIFI network and it takes forever to reconnect.

Wattup?

**Developer response:** Hi! Reach out to me via support and we can figure out what’s up. Most of the time it’s something related to your network. You can also try out the new Myro:Home Pro app now avaiiable in the App Store to rule out any issues since it's a completely rewritten app.

### 2/5 — Not Haiku, but it sure looks like it

*2020-06-02*

As a dealer, with an Omni panel in my home, I wouldn’t pay the subscription for this simple app, and i certainly can’t justify the costs to any of my clients.
It looks like a straight rip from Haiku and has a very similar UI, which I actually like, but it seems very little development beyond that has gone into this app. However, they still want twice as much per year in subscription fees as the current Snap app from Leviton.

Sorry, show me you can actually develop an original app and do more then just fix bugs and I’ll reconsider. For now I’ve got all the control I need with third party automation controllers.

**Developer response:** Sorry you feel that way but Myro:Home is far from a "simple app". I provide regular updates/releases supporting the latest Apple capabilities (e.g. Siri Shortcuts, Support for latest devices and Apple Watch). I also keep adding more features. If you don't feel that is of value to you, that is your opinion, just not a fact. If you'd like to debate this more, please send me an email at support@myrocontrol.com. Cheers!

### 2/5 — Buena App

*2019-11-23, version 2.02*

La aplicación es buena, realiza lo que debe, lamentable que sea por suscripción y no por pago único.

### 3/5 — App subscriptions lost

*2020-03-17*

I had a lifetime license purchased an Hiku app which looks like bought out by lutron and they change few thing app and now they are selling monthly subscriptions. where is apple? where is protecting from life license? how come life subscription holder are not grandfather in? how is this fair to original subscriptions for life holders?

**Developer response:** Hi! You have mistaken that Myro:Home has any affiliation with Haiku. IT DOES NOT!

### 3/5 — Pricing

*2019-04-13*

I am a home automation dealer and have purchased all of the HAI/Leviton apps (SnapLink, HAIKU, Space) and have the free version of this one. I love HAIKU and like what I see on this one but I can’t recommend this to my customers at the subscription price. It’s too expensive. From rumors I am hearing, the future of Omni controllers is uncertain as well. Leviton discontinued all HLC lighting, wireless products and EU version of controllers this past week. I am hearing other products including controllers may also be discontinued at the end of 2019.

As for the app, I prefer to purchase it one time and not have it as a subscription. Major upgrades should be offered as a small cost to the original purchase price. I would recommend it to my customers as a $50 (maximum) one time purchase price.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Pricing is always a difficult topic -- there is never a perfect price point for everyone. The reason for a subscription model is to keep development ongoing instead of just one and done. We saw what happened to Haiku/Space. New devices and iOS updates sometimes require significant efforts to support. I hope you can recommend Myro:Home to your customers as our plans is to keep this going even long after Leviton/HAI stop supporting their products. There is still a lot of life left in our panels -- Myro:Home can help keep them relevant. More updates coming as well!

### 4/5 — Good but very expensive

*2026-03-10*

I subscribed to this app for years. But dropped due to high cost and fee updates in 10 years. Nothing really new.
It’s good and reliable , no question, but very much expensive. I can do all that this app does and more with Home Assistant. So why pay such an exorbitant fee. If it were half the current yearly fee I would subscription to support the project.

**Developer response:** Thanks for being a user for so many years and sorry you feel it wasn't valuable! Let me address each one of your points directly:

Home Assistant – You’re right that Home Assistant can do a lot. It’s a great platform if you enjoy building and maintaining a DIY setup. But it also has costs of its own: your time, hardware to run it, power, and a subscription for features which is more than Myro:Home costs! I actually use Home Assistant myself — it’s a great tool. Myro:Home was never meant to compete with it directly, but rather provide a polished, reliable experience that works right away without the ongoing setup and maintenance.

Cost – A lot of the work over the years happens behind the scenes. Keeping up with iOS changes, maintaining compatibility with legacy HAI/Leviton controllers, fixing edge cases, and ensuring stability across Apple’s evolving platforms takes continuous development and testing. The subscription helps support that ongoing work.

Features – One challenge with a long-running app is balancing improvements with stability. Over the years, even small interface or workflow changes often generated strong feedback from users who were used to how things worked. That made it difficult to introduce bigger changes within the original app.

Because of that, I recently released Myro:Home Pro on the App Store. It’s the next generation of the platform and includes many new capabilities available in modern iOS, including HomeKit support. There’s also a free tier so people can try it with a few devices before deciding if it’s right for them.

Either way, I truly appreciate the years you spent using Myro:Home and the time you took to leave feedback.

### 4/5 — Great app, too expensive

*2024-08-25*

I have plenty of subscriptions to different apps but none as expensive as this one. It’s a great app but not worth the month’s cost. Really wish it were cheaper because I’d be a consistent subscriber. Just not worth it for the 3-4 time it gets used every month. Space works just fine for everything I need even though this app is far better. There’s just way better value for the price from other apps and services.

I’ve moved on and got a raspberry pi running Homebridge and the HAI plugin. The plugin is very well written, and I’ve contributed to his work. Much better solution that allows me to share control of the HAI system with everyone in the house without having to pay for multiple subscriptions. Handles things like garage doors so much better.

**Developer response:** Thanks! HomeBridge is great too… look for Myro:Home Pro app coming soon. I wish I could offer this app for free but that’s impossible given the time and costs involved with supporting this app. The yearly cost is fair given prices have not gone up with inflation… with each year you save $$$. 😀

### 4/5 — Great app, too expensive

*2023-02-09, version 2.51*

### 4/5 — Good App

*2020-05-23*

Seems to be a good app. I do not mind paying for something that is going to be maintained, however spending a full subscription price for every device that requires the app in my household seems a bit outrageous.

**Developer response:** I’m hoping Apple allows family sharing of subscriptions—if they do, I would support that. Currently, in-app purchases are non-shareable. Please email Apple this so they can allow developers to support family sharing for subscriptions.

### 4/5 — Great App!!!!

*2019-10-06*

NEVER liked Snap Link. Have Omni Pro II as well. Good job for a ground up devel. I’d give it 5 stars BUT for the cost of the full features of the app, the full version should be included in family sharing...or at least a license that allows another user or 2 for the same OMNI/HAI system. But I will say, the Home Kit integration is a REALLY welcome feature. Anything OMNI/HAI has NEVER played well with Apple...and I’ve always been at the mercy of someone with a PC to get that deep into the system. Thank you.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review! Yes, we agree on the home sharing issue. Apple currently doesn’t offer family sharing with in-app purchases. For some reason, they consider subscriptions as in-app purchases. Hopefully, they will address this and we will be able to extend this to all our users and their families. Please let Apple know this is a feature that would delight you and hopefully they can make it a developer feature so we can enable it on our end.

### 5/5 — HAI/Leviton is a terrific system. we finally have a great app to go with it.

*2023-05-30*

People love the HAI/Leviton panels primarily due to the fact that when you bypass a zone it stays bypassed until disabled. Most other systems require the tedious bypassing of each zone every time you arm the system. With Myro Home we now have a terrific iPhone/iPad app to take advantage of a terrific alarm system. Installation was easier than I thought. Using the help feature of this application I was surprised to discover that ALL of the parameters you need to set up the app are available on the HAI/Leviton keypad! A few hints that I discovered. If you want to install this app on another device using your existing subscription it’s easy to do. Look for “Restore Purchases“ in small print at the bottom when installing on a new device. If you want to change any settings or parameters later, double tap on the name of the system and you’ll be directed back to the original settings screen. I discovered this by using the excellent user forum where you can ask questions and received prompt answers. Excellent support from the software author. Highly recommend.

**Developer response:** This is false — Myro:Home works with latest iOS and is actively being developed. Please reach out to support@myrocontrol.com if you are still experiencing issues.

### 5/5 — MyroHome defeats HAIKU and Snaplink

*2023-04-22*

I have been using this app for more than 3 years and never disappointed me. The developer listened to my request to include the OFF timer capability. One thing I wish for this time is the ability to log and track the Heating/Cooling usage hours from Omnistat2 thermostat. Please continue paying for this app before ALL looses the support app for HAI controllers. Also I have IOS update 16.4.1 and did not affect any MyroHome capabilities.

### 5/5 — Vraiment un gros plus

*2023-03-31*

Belle application,intuitive, personnalisable.
Tres intéressant d’avoir quelques favoris sur l’Apple Watch!

### 5/5 — Replaced Failed SnapLink

*2022-02-13, version 2.50*

I just replaced SnapLink with Myro Home after SnapLink began crashing on every attempt to download Omnipro II system changes. I very much like this app and it’s user interface, and now have full control over my vacation home again. How about an Android version? That would enable the use of low cost Android tablets (wall mounted for example) for easy access whole house control.

### 5/5 — Glad for this app... a few small twerks from being 5 stars

*2022-01-30*

UPDATED REVIEW JANUARY 2022:
Overall this app is the best thing for Leviton controllers and the developer clearly pours alot of effort. Thank you Al for that!!

A few small things me and other users have noticed:
1) The buttons for changing the temperature +/- are a bit small... could you consider making these buttons a bit larger?

2) If you change the temperature while “hold” is on then the temperature will revert back to the previous temp after a few seconds. Probably a small bug but I wanted to mention it.

3) This might be user error but everyone in my townhouse subdivision can’t get this app to work over cell data, it only works when connected to your home’s wifi.

4) similar to #3, it would be nice if there was a step-by-step guide to tying the controller up to make sure it’s correctly programmed so I can use the app when I’m not connected to my homes wifi

Overall love the app!! just a few small issues but definitely worth the $5/month

**Developer response:** Hi Steve! Thanks for the review -- could you also please reach out to me at support@myrocontrol.com -- I can add you to our beta program. You have a lot of great feedback... Cheers!

### 5/5 — HAI/Leviton is a terrific system. we finally have a great app to go with it.

*2021-12-12, version 2.21*

### 5/5 — Recommend updates

*2021-04-20, version 2.19*

Great program

However when programming omni pro
And with complex programming
I have to load sync a lot of time to get it correct

So... it would be nice to get to sync data easily vs current way; maybe select from more menu

Also, when syncing large configuration, the app typically times out and drops out before sync complete; i have to keep moving finger over screen to keep app active to finish syncing. Maybe u can complete sync in background, or keep the screen up
Until completed

Finally

It would be nice to have way easier (direct path, from more menu) to switch controllers from menu drop down vs current way

I have two controller configuration
One addresses to local ip 192.168... and another configuration to public ip

The app does not connect from public ip configuration while at home with home wifi connected... probably a port issue i keed to work on; but being able 2 switch controller configuration on the fly would be nice... or better yet; if multiple controller configuration exists and the app can not connect, maybe it could switch to the other controller 😎👍

Thx
Great program

### 5/5 — Great Software and User Experience

*2020-12-28*

Awesome Software fo Leviton/HAI home automation systems. I’ve owned Haiku, Space and Leviton’s Snap Link. This is just like the Haiku software except that it works and it is actively supported.

### 5/5 — Fountain of youth brought to left for dead HAI platform.

*2020-12-04*

I can’t believe how anyone would not give this app 5 stars. The functionality is better than any HAI app that has ever existed. It brings new life to the left for dead HAI platform (Thanks Leviton)— keeping it a relevant contender amongst todays more modern HA offerings.
Most importantly the developer is very active and has implemented many points of feedback and provides new releases often. The HAI community has never had it so good. Now that family sharing is enabled what else could one ask for.

### 5/5 — Outstanding in every way!

*2020-11-25*

After many years struggling with Haiku, Space, and kludgey HAI software, I finally made the purchase to my:ro home and I feel like an idiot for not doing so eons ago.

First of all, the app is outstanding and provides an amazing level of control and access that just has been absent from every other software program ever available for HAI systems. I often hated my HAI system because I struggled with these awful software programs to control it from my phone… And now I finally have an amazing app that does everything needed and I can hate HAI for the right reasons such as being tortured and killed by Leviton. Secondly, I just had my first support experience and it was world class outstanding! My profession is customer service leader ship so I know of what I speak, and if anything I am more hyper critical than the average consumer because this is my craft. The support provided when I reached to them was outstanding in every way: it was friendly, fleet, and accurate.

I left the contact feeling happy, and though the reason I initially hesitated to purchase the app is because I am resistant to subscription software models but this experience converted me and convinced me the subscription investment is worth every single penny.
