I click on Snap Claim, and get a blank page. I click on Help, I get two addresses - Claims Service, and my Employer HR info. The only way this app could be more useless is if it crashed my phone when I launched it. It won't get that opportunity, cause it's off my phone now. I thought Apple screened these apps for functionality before allowing them to appear here?? ### 1/5 — Logs out, doesn't save info, no touchid *2017-01-29, version 1.4.9* It won't save any of your login info and there is no Touch ID If you are entering a bunch of expenses, it won't save info like names or birthdays, so you have to type it in over and over and over. Then you have to login again and restart the claim you were working on. Sometimes it is so slow downloading a finished claim that it times out while the circle is spinning and you have to do the entire entry again. I tried adding one Rx 4 times before giving up and switching from an iPad to a desktop which was very time-consuming as I had to send myself the image of the receipt, crop it, save it to the drive, then upload it to Myrsc. Also, It will not permit you to change the date from the day you are adding a claim even if that was not the day you received services. I’m just hoping my claims will be approved even though their dates don’t match the receipts. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2020-01-28, version 1.5.4* This app is an embarrassment. It looks and functions worse than a high school programming project. I was thrilled when they came out with an app, since 95% of the time I get the email questioning usage. Tried last night to use it. 4 EOB claims. After 30 minutes I gave up and spent 5 minutes and emailed them. Clunky, repetitive questions, no way to do multiple EOBs at the same time.
