Such as access to try and schedule appointments without being dependent on getting ahold of the office. Having a refill request page like other apps for easier access to get medication refill. Without these features you’re dependent on the office and that sometimes is infuriating. Without common features that other health apps offer I just can’t give it a better review. I cannot login even though I created a password and username it doesn’t recognize me. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling it. Then I try to log into my account and it says the password is wrong. When I try to reset the password, it says it doesn’t recognize my email address. The same email that I just was told by the app cannot be used for my daughter bc it is already in use for me… a fun loop of problem solving with no resolution yet for people who have lots of free time to waste on nonsense - yay! ### 1/5 — Unable to see lab results *2025-06-12, version 1.8.3* I’m actually a patient at the clinic I work at. In our clinic, I use EHR daily and I know my way around the patient app. This app had a recent update. Now we are having a few patients just within this past week, who are now unable to see any lab results. I’m a medical assistant so we had to make changes to the way we upload lab results for patient visibility. Instead of results being categorized under “lab results”… we are now having to upload results under “patient portal document”. It was never an issue before. It’s a little frustrating that patients are having to wait to view results and it’s even more frustrating that we have to make the extra step or take an extra step for patient visibility. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Buggy, doesn’t work *2026-03-02, version 2.4.6* Can’t get past the first screen without it glitching out and now I can’t get my Drs. Apt ### 1/5 — This my RXNT sucks *2026-01-26, version 2.4.4* The provider has turned off service for us to directly send a messages and we have to go through this. I don’t have time to review repetitive notices. Pls review why so many sent! ### 1/5 — Miserable patient experience *2025-08-22, version 1.9.0* My clinic uses this platform to manage things like consent forms. The app manages to make even the login process intrusive and time-consuming. Their quirky multi-factor authentication appears to be entirely incompatible with iOS password management. I can’t even find the option to change my password or authentication preferences. It takes significantly longer for me to use the app than the paper process it replaced, from my perspective as a patient.
