In 2026 you’ve created an app that can’t handle SSO login? I get having to login via the healthcare plan creds, but the app refuses to actually take you to the UHC login page. Instead it brings you to the logout page asking you to login again, even though you’ve never logged in to begin with. Ok, so let’s try logging in “again”. Oh, wait….the browser never redirects you back to the app, and if you go back to the app manually, it has no idea you’ve logged in via the browser. Absolutely worthless as a mobile app if you can’t even login. ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-04-06, version 1.1.0* If you have united health care don’t waste your time. Losers make you go to the web site ### 2/5 — What good is an app if I have to call? *2026-04-01, version 1.1.0* No voice box how can I make a call when I need to be picked up? Stupid stupid stupid. It is a health app that doesn’t take into consideration individual issues. My poor mom, who is 90 years old, has been on hold for over an hour on April 1, 2026. Guess it is a Fool’s Day! ### 5/5 — Deranged App *2026-03-29, version 1.1.0* Does Not Work on any iPhone ### 1/5 — Poor Development/ Doesn’t Work *2026-03-23, version 1.1.0* For a company that hired someone to make this App they did a poor job considering it has to take you out of the app into a browser to login to your insurance (bcbs nc) which is can’t even acknowledge because its not within the app itself, so you never get to login, and never get to use the app, and never get the medical rides you need. Apps like this should not have issues like this. and support is not much help. probably going to have to write a letter to corporate. providing a medical service to consumers and it doesn’t work violates a few laws. just say. apps like this are strict for a reason and the app works and behaves like it was made casually. ### 1/5 — Accessible Barriers - Legal Violation Per ADA & Section 1557 *2026-03-02, version 1.1.0* Under the ADAA, Section 1557, apps must be accessible for all users. This is not the case and a formal grievance report will be filed. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for me *2026-02-22, version 1.1.0* I have been trying to get this app to work since the beginning of the year and it continues to just lead me back to my insurance company and that’s it no way to schedule rides even though they are the ones who are supposed to provide rides. ### 1/5 — SCAM Company!! *2026-02-14, version 1.1.0* Worst of the worst GARBAGE SCAMMERS. Have some self-respect or dignity and close this scamming business that ruins PATIENTS health care. 😠😠 Find other ways to steal money away from screwing up sick patients and elderly, you disgusting pigs!!!! ### 1/5 — This app sucks! *2026-02-10, version 1.1.0* It’s nothing like the Modivcare app which is easy to use! United Healthcare really screwed up switching companies! I can’t even book a ride with the app. It first asks what insurance I have and I select United healthcare. Then it asks what state. Which that screen has like 5 states and then has one that says for all other states. So I select that one. Then it logs me out of the app and says go to united healthcare. And it takes me to the United healthcare website but I can’t book a ride there either. Cause it doesn’t even give me the option to select primary care physician for my appointment type. So I called safe ride to book my ride and I could barely understand the agent. I got the first ride booked but before I could say I need to book another trip the agent hung up. The worst app and customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life!!! And I am 52 yrs old and have experienced lots of companies but never one as bad as this one!!! ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work *2026-02-07, version 1.1.0* I attempted to log in through my healthcare insurance, but it continued saying I was signed out and would never allow me past that screen.
