Every. Day. *2026-01-10, version 5.11.2* I remember when this app worked like other apps. I used to be able to push the “Arm” or “Disarm” button and I could expect something to happen within a few seconds. As of January 2026, without regard to the internet connection being used, this garbage takes no less than 30 seconds to 2 minutes to actually complete one of its very few functions. However the lack of a User Manual severely limits its’ use. A feature or option without explanation is useless. It’s a constant issue other than that it would be pretty decent app ### 1/5 — Ripped me off *2021-12-29, version 4.20.1* Stuck in a contract and the cameras do not work the way I needed them and explained to the sales rep what I needed. Misled all the way around. I could have used Walmart cameras and had much more than these can do. I have not been able to get both camarras to ever continuously work at the same time and have had for a month as cars issues and not been able to view any 24/7 footage on one of the cameras for 3 weeks, while the other is intermittent. I could go on but it doesn’t matter the entire system is a rip off. The Arlo and night owl systems are higher quality images and much more user friendly and do the things we need like record audio also. ### 2/5 — Weather *2021-12-08, version 4.20.1* It won’t let you pick your zip code and shows a completely different area under your weather. You would think it would use the same zip code that the alarm system is at….. so the weather on here means nothing to me for my area.
