Without being able to log in, another alternative is to key in the account number. It seems silly; how can we remember the account number? After paying my water bill in full, the app still shows my account as “overdue”. This creates confusion and unnecessary stress. A utility app should update in real-time or at least reflect the correct payment status within a reasonable time. Besides that, the app is slow, sometimes crashes, and doesn’t always show important updates like water disruptions or billing details. I’ve updated my rating to 5 stars for this significant improvement. One suggestion for future updates - it would be fantastic if the app could support Face ID for logging in. It would be much more convenient than typing my password each time my session expires. 27 May 2024: After more than 3 months since the initial release of SAJ 2.0, I finally managed to register an account and can now view the payment amounts and history for each month. However, I am still unable to view or download the bill. This is a basic feature that a service app should have. Please make this available. I have increased my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. If this feature is added, I will rate it 5 stars. Keep it up. 05 Feb 2024: Disappointed with this app! It’s essentially a browser redirect, forcing you to manually input account info for payments. Additionally, the inability to view bills adds to the dissatisfaction.
