I could have done a better job. Doesn’t take insurance information, I had to contact support. I went to reset my password today and it burped, glitched, and now I have to wait another 30 mins to get my stuff done. I have asked if there’s anyway that we could all have one login and I can switch between person so that way I can book my kids appointments online versus calling the call center and being on hold forever, but every time I call, they have no idea how to use the app or how to help me. White text against light grey backgrounds super hard to read. They show you pharmacies by their store number - why not display the address? I really have to call to find out the store number? To wait for your message to be responded to, it takes 30-45 minutes or more, just for them to say “let me verify your information” and take another 10 minutes to reply. You have to repeat yourself constantly and they never understand what you are asking. And when they give you what you asked for it’s done wrong. Don’t recommend ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2025-10-15, version 2.16.0* First, my upcoming appointment is missing. There is only one agent Carlos who provides the bare minimum assistance in the chatting feature. The app is glitching and when you report any issues, no one cares!! Now I cannot even schedule an appointment!! What good is an app that you cannot see appointments let alone to schedule one! 😡The agents are aloof and unhelpful. You have to verify your account every single time you log in. Every single time. ### 1/5 — Broken and AWFUL *2025-10-14, version 2.16.0* I swear to God this app is meant to make you give up. Missing records, no accessibility for chat history, half the buttons do nothing or take you to empty space, the chat support feels like bad AI. I have not had an appointment in months because it is impossible to book through the app, yet every time I get a human being they tell me “use the app!”. BURN THE APP TO THE GROUND ### 1/5 — Man *2025-09-22, version 2.15.3* I don’t know what’s up in 2025 with all of these apps updating y’all don’t need to update anymore unless y’all gonna touch up everything customer service rep is so slow Video call is so slow. I’ve been trying to change my care team. via chat for days now. It’s the wrong care team which means I can not book an appointment to line. Login in I always need a text confirmation so what’s the point of face login in. There is real no advantage of having this app so I might as well use the web version ### 1/5 — Horrible/glitchy *2025-09-05, version 2.15.2* Always have an issue anytime I want to book an appointment. Even when updated and redesigned. This app has so many glitches and there are never appointment slots posted, for any provider. ### 1/5 — Account Blocked *2025-07-23, version 2.14.1* I’ve contacted support multiple times regarding this issue. My account has been blocked and I keep being told that an IT Department will contact me by phone, and I still have yet to hear anything. I have not been contacted. I’ve noticed I’m not the only one having this exact issue. I need access to my account! This is extremely frustrating and risks a danger to patients who need access to their medical files. There is no warning whatsoever or reason given as to why the account has been blocked in the first place. ### 1/5 — Faulty App / Non Existent IT Customer Service *2025-07-12, version 2.14.1* Im tired of waiting for a response from this being escalated. Supposedly 48hrs for response or resolution. It’s been weeks and no response and I can’t access my account. When I did have a brief access it was missing current information like appointments. Months ago the same happened and no response after being escalated. Sanitas should truly replace this developer or whomever is handling this. I use Apps from Fla Blue, Mt Sinai, VA & United Health and this is the only healthcare app that’s useless. ### 1/5 — Frustrating!!! *2025-06-30, version 2.14.1* I downloaded this app yesterday and tried to register 12 times. Each time, when I got to the part to enter insurance information, the app closed and I had to start all over again. I contacted tech-support and the tech said he entered my email so I can create an account by selecting “forgot password”. This is not true. I give up. ### 2/5 — Not user friendly *2025-06-23, version 2.13.0* I wish we could ask for a referral directly from the app itself. Also to make appt with specialists we have to call. There’s no option for that. The app itself is laggy & there’s no app for iPad either. ### 1/5 — Full of Bugs *2025-05-24, version 2.13.0* This Health Care App seems to be created for not offering help. It doesn't flow at all. Every other click something challenging pops up. Login in is not about security, it is a painful process. Once inside, get ready for absurd situations, for example, on the video chat section -from an iphone- the 'Continue' bottom will be unreachable hidden down there behind the lower end of the screen. Conclusion: Critically disappointing experience specially for an App that is supposed to be promptly ready for helping people who are in need of health care. ### 1/5 — Cannot View Results on Mobile *2025-05-23, version 2.13.0* I cannot view results on my iPhone. The only option is download and it doesn’t even download the files to my device. I checked the downloads folder and it’s not there. I contacted the support chat about it. They said I could have it emailed to me. Guess what? I have to call to have it email to me. What a joke. Fix this issue about downloading lab results via app. ### 1/5 — Gave up on app *2025-05-19, version 2.13.0* I tried multiple times to set up an account, it is very slow to respond. Won’t enter my policy #. If It knows my Member ID from the office, why do I have to struggle to re-enter everything again. Then when I tried chat, they want all my personal information AGAIN! The Next button to enter the confirmation code is either hidden or doesn’t work at all. I can see it for a second when I scroll, and then it disappears. I’ve tried reinstalling, restarting my phone, everything. If users can’t even log in, the app shouldn’t be released. Needs an urgent fix. ### 1/5 — UI Prevents Sign In *2026-04-02, version 2.19.0* I can't click "Next" after entering the 2FA code ("Validation" step). I scroll down to find the "Next" button. The screen will not stay scrolled down so I can't click "Next." Clearly an app design issue. My first time creating an account I was told my birthdate was wrong. Each time I or someone I know contact them we get diff info. I was told that absolutely everyone with Florida blue can use this app, even in the regions where Sanitas doesn’t exist in person, but was refused unless I go into the office. I was told by a colleague who tried to use it with a PPO that she had to pay an urgent care visit bc she didn’t have them selected as her primary…. Errors, impossible interfaces, and says account is locked due to too many login attempts after the first login attempt, even if it’s been months since last login. Really difficult to manage one’s care with this.
