User-friendly and easy to use, with lots of great features and additions. Much more often than not their suggestions have nothing to do with the key words I have provided in the search. ### 1/5 — Autocorrect *2020-09-02, version 4.5.5* Flip off with the autocorrect names are not common words found in a dictionary it’s so annoying and prefer just using google. ### 1/5 — Add to Contacts-WHY IS THIS GONE? *2020-02-26, version 4.4.5* Favourite function of this app was the ability to add an entry (business or person) from 411 directly in to my Contacts. Used to have it. No longer do. Why not? Hate this about the updates!! ### 1/5 — Log in search issues *2020-01-10, version 4.4.2* The latest update of your app has caused a couple of issues. First, when I log in only a few of my favourites show up in the favourites section, & second, while I’m logged in if I try to search for something in another city that is out of my area I get an error message. If I log out there are no search issues. I deleted & then reinstalled the app, but these issues still persist.
