## What is mySCFHP?

As a member of Santa Clara Family Health Plan, you can log into mySCFHP to:

View your health plan benefits, claims, and authorizations 
Update your contact information
Request a new ID card
View or request to change your Primary Care Provider (PCP)
Request transportation to medical appointments
Get in touch with Customer Service and Case Management
and more. 

In order to complete registration, you will need information from your SCFHP member ID card.

You literally cannot use this app because it is impossible to log in. It either takes you back to the main login page or gives you an error of “Bad Request”. This issue has apparently been going on for months without any fix based on other reviews.

Just downloaded the app five minutes ago, so I know I have the most recent version.   I used login credentials, and verified via a code sent to my phone. I tried three times and each time after verifying, I was sent back to the Login screen.   

I love SCFHP, but not liking the app, since it’s useless.

Even when I successfully log in, it still brings me back to the log in page over and over again. Looks like I'm not the only one having this issue. Not sure how calling customer support will help when clearly it's a bug in the app. Website allows me to log in but not the app.
