Not impressed so far. Took about 4 attempts to register and currently I use it for more than 3 minutes before the whole app freezes. Not fit for purpose at the moment.

Absent notification is gone after update and when was there -was not working

The app is a great way to keep up to date with the children’s school however it’s very slow. Sometimes the app will not load up which is frustrating when you get a notification that you have a message but cannot view it.

I downloaded the app and entered my son's school (one of the oldest private schools in NYC) and nothing came up. I entered other schools around here to see if they came up and they didn't. This app seems to be in very a nascent stage. The description does not mention that only a limited number of schools are part of this app.

Please can the app owner tell me how to get it working again. It stopped and won’t recognise my pin. Fair enough. Clicked on ‘forgot pin’. Said they would email me. Despite trying many times over the last week - no email. So how do I get it to work again.

This app has been a life saver. It is so much easier to use than emails I used to get from the school. Everything is now in one place and I can receive updates on the go. Brilliant idea!

This is a great app and has lots of useful features. The best is the notifications messages from the school. The app needs improvements it’s very slow and often crashes.
