All the best to the team. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pathetic UI and Functionality *2023-01-06* I used the app when it was initially launched and credentials were provided by school and at that time also it had very clumsy UI, it used to hang a lot too. I have two daughters in same school and still the app never showed details of both , I could see details only for my younger daughter. After that, it went through many updates and one day notifications started popping up every second and did not stop even after me closing the app, I hope you can understand how frustrating it was. I uninstalled the app and since then post reinstall Is am getting this Verification failed message. Hence, I am now not able to use the app completely. Developers should pay great attention to at least ensure that app does not crash and can run seamlessly all the time. **Developer response:** Dear Sir, The issue has been fixed. App must send some sound to bring it to our attention. 2- zoom option should be improved to pin point the exact location. 3- Whenever there is any bus breakdown. App must send alert message “New Bus number “ “ is assigned for your bus, due to technical difficulties. 4- Again sound alert must come whenever school is changing the bus schedule. 5- Also to bring web version of the app. I had no other way to reach to developers to share these.
