They’ve never once updated the app and 90% of the time never worked I now just receive a ack screen. Ridiculous ### 1/5 — Login Doesn’t Work Even After Deleting and Reinstalling and Restarting Phone *2025-03-12, version 1.0.23* When you can’t even get logged into the app after the school tells us you said to uninstall and delete and reinstall. Still not able to log in! ### 2/5 — Good idea but needs improvement *2023-02-01, version 1.0.22* This app has been very helpful in being able to communicate with the teachers and the staff at the school and being able to see past overall grades. This app would be so much better if they could just simply add push notifications, which apparently has been suggested for a couple of years now, and hasn’t been done so the company must not care to improve their product. The other improvement would be if we could see each grade that is being entered into the system on the day that the grade is for so that as a parent we can keep up with what the teacher is putting into the system. We can also help catch any mistakes and address any issues with the teacher. With these improvements this app would excellent. ### 3/5 — Needs a bit of updating *2022-08-30, version 1.0.22* Doesn’t have any way to receive push notifications. The notifications only come by email if you set your account up to receive them. So if a teacher emails, there is not a push notification to the app, there is only an email sent to you notifying that you have a message and you have to set your account up to receive those. Also could use some visual updates. The look is dated. The last gripe is the the functionality like for ordering lunch is not available on the app. So some functionality is not available unless you actually go online to their website. ### 1/5 — Pretty useless *2021-11-18, version 1.0.18* I logged in on the website and created my password just fine. Then, downloaded the app and attempted to login with no success. I tried the new password I created and the initial password. Nothing works. ### 3/5 — More Needed *2020-12-05, version 1.0.17* It’s nice that they added attendance. But as a teacher, it would be really great if I could put in lunch orders and grades and such. Sadly, no grades without logging into the main site. So for me, this is practically useless. Just log on via computer or mobile browser if you absolutely have to. It constantly glitches, and doesn’t play well with the MSW system. Any messages you send via the app become a formatting nightmare— every message compresses Into one long paragraph even if you space it out. It’s a mess! I can view upcoming school events, assignments and tests, get homework assignments, due dates, and see grades for completed assignments. You can also send messages to the school administration and teachers, and get notifications on requested alerts for grades, behavior and school announcements. Since the update, the app no longer works (at least not for me & my husband).
