It also is lacking some basic features that could easily be added such as course stats and all rounds played at a certain course. ### 3/5 — Incorrect score *2025-09-20, version 3.6.1* My scorecard shows I entered 101 but the score it’s giving on homepage shows a 97. Huh? This will affect handicap. However, if I only play nine holes instead of 18 it never submits the score. My problem with this app is their customer service is horrible! They will not return a phone call and rarely respond to any emails. The “Manage Subscription” in the app does nothing but show you more options to extend your subscription. Also, no different feature set from paid vs. not paid. Then why did I pay for this? Another fun fact; website login does not recognize your user name & password you use with app. This all adds up to just another money grabbing, shady practice app hiding behind Apples impersonal app store. ### 2/5 — New to golf, not loving the combining *2023-03-13, version 3.5.2* Right now, my wife and I only do 9 holes per outing. We are new to golf and have limited time. I am also new to the app. It appears to be combining every two outings. And it looks weird. It doesn’t seem to keep the course info. It essentially creates two scorecards within the consolidated version, leading to two front courses with scores and two back courses without any scores. I like that it would be helping me calculate a handicap and the app is easy to use. It should be able to calculate the handicap by doing a “behind the scenes” grouping of 18 holes without actual grouping in the UI or in the statistics (best 9 hole score vs best 18 hole score). ### 1/5 — No value *2023-02-21, version 3.5.2* Was with them for a few years and always referred the app and supported them when they needed someone to be certified for a course. Now that you can no longer use them as an official handicap they have stopped all levels of support. Said they could transfers scores to an official handicap but then said they couldn’t and stopped responding. Evidently they have now given up on any support so stay away and don’t waste your money. ### 1/5 — Fix the Home page *2023-02-15* Home page hasn’t worked in months. Paid the 3 years 50$ about 6 months ago. Home page is a blank page. Can’t see my actual handicap only have access to rounds I’ve played. None of the tabs show anything and the app has no information at all. Not sure what happened but something is broke. Overall I think that the app is great. I’ve only had one complaint though, I wish there was a way to track a round of golf of where you played but not the score. USGA no longer recognizes them as official handicap holders so therefore not compatible with any GHIN related events. I emailed them with my concerns for a week straight and got no response. The site won’t let me cancel my auto renewal which is a problem I’ll have to deal with going forward. However, and I hope MyScorecard monitors this, I’ve been trying to get an email password reset link for a week. Sent many emails and haven’t had any response. Also, anytime they update the app, they kick you out and you need to reset your password. I use the option to track my golf scores hole-by-hole and it really helps. I was disappointed to find that many of my local courses were not setup in the app. However, after a quick email to customer support, the courses were added (both scorecards and GPS data) in less than 36 hours.
