But it needs better integration and flow testing. Examples: 1. I have an upcoming appointment. The title doesn’t match anything in the price estimator. Better yet, link it to the direct entry so I’m prepared for the expense. 2. The price estimator, because the titles are similar, force you to hunt through each one. Get it wrong press back, but it doesn’t keep you in the group selected, it sends you back to the first page. Frustrating. 3. Price estimator says it’ll find CPT codes. No CPT codes listed in upcoming appointments. I can find them on my bill, but that’s kinda too late. 4. Nevertheless, I searched for two basic CPT audiology codes and the price estimator couldn’t find them. During one of the most stressful and frightening times of my life, she was proactive, responsive, and deeply caring. She coordinated my care promptly, arranged the necessary referrals and biopsy, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. What sets Dr. Jafri apart is the way she treats her patients as people, not just medical cases. Her kindness, empathy, and dedication provided comfort when I needed it most. I am incredibly grateful to have a doctor who is not only highly knowledgeable and thorough but also truly cares about her patients’ well-being. Messaging a physician is one of the most important functions patients use, yet it is hidden behind multiple tabs and feels like navigating a maze. A clearly visible “Message Your Doctor” button should be on the main screen so patients can quickly access their care team without wasting time searching through the portal. I was told there are experts that know how to write the appeal letter and I should hear back with in 10 days. I have called into the scripps call center three times since and have heard nothing back whatsoever! This is now march 12, 2026. I have to call to schedule if I want just an in person appointment. I tried setting up an appointment, but cannot get one for over three months. I think the fact that I cannot send him an email so he can decide whether he needs to force his schedule to allow me to come in earlier than 3 1/2 months from now is essentially criminal. At my appointment today with Dr Jacob New, the ordering physician, he had the results. Scripps is usually very prompt with test results and I am disappointed this time.
