For engineering calculations, this makes it almost useless. It also does not recognize double tap on the Apple Pencil to switch to an eraser (Would be great to have an option to customize the double tap to change colors, line weight, etc.) For how much it costs, it’s better than some of the alternatives I’ve tried, but it would be so much better if it could recognize and convert units like MathCad. I’ll try it for the 7 day trial to see if I’m missing something, but right now it’s pretty bare-bones in terms of usefulness. **Developer response:** We value user input and truly appreciate your feedback. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Sebastian ### 3/5 — Gut, aber nicht perfekt *2026-01-02* MyScript Math hat eine Fehlerhafte Darstellung und zwar: Wenn man im Hochkant Format eine Berechnung eingibt und dann das Gleichzeichen (=) eingibt ist das Ergebnis außerhalb des Bildschirms und nur zu erkennen, wenn man das iPhone dreht und quer hält. Gibt man direkt im Hochformat eine erneute Berechnung direkt darunter ein und hält das iPhone wieder im Querformat, ist ein Teil der Berechnung von den Menüzeichen am linken Rand verdeckt. MyScript Math hat noch viele Kinderkrankheiten und ist nicht so perfekt wie der Vorgänger MyScript Calculator. Dieser Rechner war perfekt und ist immer noch meine Nummer 1. Außerdem hat MyScript Calculator die Eingaben sofort wie gedruckt dargestellt, dass fand ich besser. Immerhin gibt es nun auch eine Lifetime Version zu kaufen. Dafür 5 Sterne. Se eu pudesse nunca mais usar, assim faria. Porém todas as minhas notas já estão no Nebo / MyScript notes e não tenho como migrar. - baixei o MyScript math porque dentro do Notes apareceu uma propaganda de 1 ANO GRÁTIS (e como eu já sabia, não funcionou quando eu baixei, mesmo logando com a mesma conta do notes) Nos produtos de vocês, também é possível perceber: - login com Apple nem Google não funciona de jeito nenhum; - sync com iCloud simplesmente desconecta (não tenho segurança nenhuma se meu material está na nuvem) - os apps da MyScript fazem logout ciclicamente (toda hora tenho que entrar de novo) - muitos outros bugs como, ao desenhar uma linha, ela fica mudando de posição automaticamente… não vou relatar tudo, se quiserem me contratem como consultor :) - modo de aprendizagem com AI é horrível, cheio de bugs; Uso um iPad Air 11th atualizado, não tem justificativa para a pessima experiencia do usuário **Developer response:** Obrigado por entrar em contacto e partilhar a sua preocupação. The handwriting recognition is incredibly good, and the direct solving on the canvas feels almost like magic. What completely sold me is the step-by-step feature, because it doesn’t just give an answer — it helps me understand how the solution is built. My only complaint is that graphing is still limited to one curve at a time. Cordialement, Sebastian ### 5/5 — App that opens your future *2026-01-23* Unique app that introduces the high end tech to maths ### 5/5 — Absolument géniale (quelques recommandations malgré tout) *2025-09-05* Cette application est vraiment génial, la reconnaissance de l’écriture est très efficace et correct (malgré mon écriture désastreuse haha) (et même quand on utilise des lettres grecques ou autres un peu exotiques…) malgré mon expérience très très satisfaisante quelques recommandations pour les développeurs : d’abord, il faudrait que l’on puisse trier nos notes dans des dossier, ou livres, ou catégorie (vous avez compris), deuxièmement, il faudrait que l’on puisse ajouté des images voire même des PDF (mais commençons par de simples images haha) sur nos pages (si j’ai des énoncé ou des schémas il serait pratique de pouvoir les ajouter ! Et enfin, dernièrement il faudrait que le copier coller d’équations en LaTex se fasse de la même manières que sur MyScript Note (que j’utilise régulièrement) ce que je veux dire par la c’est que dans MyScript note quand je copie une équation en Latex je la colle dans ma page notion et elle apparaît tout simplement (déjà en format équations) alors qu’ici, quand je copie mon équations et que je la colle dans la même page Notion, elle se colle en écriture Latex et j’ai besoin d’ajouté un blocs équations, puis de recoller mon Latex a l’intérieur, puis de valider… Toute ces étapes qui ne sont pas nécéssaire sur MyScript Note ne devrait donc pas l’être sur cette app non plus (en tout cas ce serait l’idéal). Pour conclure, cette app a un énorme potentielle et deviendras un MUST HAVE pour les étudiants en maths (et physique) si elle améliore ces quelque points ! J’espère que mon avis aura été utile ! PS : il est aussi dommage de devoir repayer cette app (un abonnement en plus !) alors que j’ai déjà payer MyScript Note sur le même compte MyScript… mais ne vous en faites pas, j’arrive à concevoir que c’est deux app différentes donc il est normal de payer deux fois ! ### 4/5 — Is a a great tool but I cannot paste any notes I copy *2026-08-06* This app works as it is described and is great for my stats classes. However, I am unable to paste notes I have cut or copied in my notebook back into the notebook. More fluent than Apple Math notes.. but annoying bugs within 60 mins of testing… Numbers like 10^-18 display but lower it makes everything “0”..!!. Whereas 10^71 displays no problem. Is it a rounding issue? This aberration does not happen on a scientific calculator. MyScript please correct this.
