J'ai adoré le principe de pouvoir choisir les oeuvres pour une impression à la demande ! Je recommande fortement !!
Pas une bonne idée lorsqu’il y a du monde dans l’exposition
Je suis allée voir l’exposition sur Eugène Boudin à une heure d’affluence et comble de bonheur la majorité prenait des photos. Du coup j’ai plus vu les personnes prendre des photos que les oeuvres elles-mêmes.
Fausse bonne idée
L’appli fonctionne, certes. Mais les éclairages empêchent parfois que l’œuvre soit reconnue. Et la catalogue prétendument sur mesure obtenu à la fin est très cher et de qualité médiocre. Et surtout, alors que nos vies sont déjà saturées par les écrans, quel dommage de n’avoir pas su inventer quelque chose de plus intelligent. Marmottan est un beau bâtiment. Mais les expositions qui s’y déroulent sont souvent plan-plan. Même la collection Monet y est présentée de façon totalement académique et sans imagination. Marmottan est a l’image de son quartier : propre et rassurant, bourgeoisement confortable, mais sans imagination ni créativité. Il y a 100 autres lieux à visiter à Paris avant ce musée…

Great idea but I got stuck at the final step
App worked exactly as promised right up to the preview of the final album, but then it wants me to take a photo for the front cover, why can’t I just use a photo from my library? At this point in my visit I’m standing in the bookstore having spent an hour or more walking through the museum taking photos and capturing my favorites in the app. So I don’t want to have to go all the way back to my favorite painting and snap the picture with app when I could just quickly upload a photo…. I don’t want a plain cover… or at least let me choose the cover that’s shown in app (that looked great).
Another helpful thing would be to give me a hint of how many images makes up a good book. I tagged 16 pictures thinking even numbers would be better but the turned them into a 23 page book…. Which seems a bit lopsided
