Help desk is helpful but cannot really do what you asked them to do straightforward. However i tried calling CPRC to ask on the app no one picked up. Called from morning till evening and still no answer. I added my daughter as dependent but her name doesnt appear under the self test. I thought can upload her result under my name as when i click my name, they wrote ‘you or your dependent’. So i thought i can update her result there as she is tested positive. But of course the app detected me as positive instead because it was under my name. So please correct the misleading ques on “you or your dependent”. Also i have added both my children as dependent so how do i add their self test results if their names dont appear under self test? Appreciate your urgent help so i can undo my current positive status as i am actually negative and update it under my daughter’s name. You will get an email saying you can convert the status. Click on the "COVID-19 Vaccination" icon on the homepage - Choose "Vaccine for " - Click on the "EDIT" and insert your full name and IC/Passport details as per IC/ passport. - Once edited, please click on "Confirm" to save your changes. before you submit, There are a list of questions to answer such as ‘are you interested to take the covid19 vaccine?’ You must select yes for this question. ### 5/5 — Oversea vaccination update took FOREVER *2021-12-20, version 1.0.49* I took my vaccination in SG and uploaded as per the helpdesk mentioned. They reply that it will take 5 working days but already 2 months plus and it is not updated in my apps. Been writing and keep submitting to help desk but to date still not updated. Receive replied from them mentioning verified but inside the apps still not updated. Please help to improve the apps 😊😊😊 I’m travelling back to Malaysia soon. I hope all the issue will be resolve.
