I downloaded this app and when I go to open it,my files app opens up instead saying that Sequence “accessed these files” and of course one of the files is my DNA data and the others are Health summaries from my physicians. I can’t get it to do anything else. I’m going to try logging in to Sequence on the web

Everything an ab1 file downloaded and opened via the app, it crashes and shuts down.

This app does not work. It will not import from text files, fast a files or Ab1 files. It simply does not recognize the file type. What is does do though, is gain access to your Google Drive, iCloud Drive and iPad folders. 

Beyond that, it has no function and cannot do anything. 

“Waste of time” does not even begin to describe this app.

The high rating reviews are fake. 

Do not proceed.

thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear MySequence is not working properly for you. If it's not too much to ask, would you mind contacting us directly (support@telethon.jp) and describe exactly what you are trying to do, ideally with a sample file that refuses to open in MySequence.

I was excited to find a free sequencing app, however, it crashes when I try to download sequence from my dropbox.  Very sad.

Hi Morten if you are checking and still active is potentially an awsome app. Are you able to tweak a few things
1) have an easy "close" button so you can go back to the load sequence window instead of having to close and reopen the app for a new sequence
2) Display the  raw data , ie the graph of rfu vs scan number as an alternative view, this is essential for people wanting to troubleshoot sequencing.
These two changes would make this a must have app for most in the biological sciences working with DNA sequence

As a genetics laboratory technician, I always had to carry a laptop with me for sequence analysis of patients in emergency situations, and I was looking for an iPhone app. This app is really great. Thanks to the creators of the program.
