Please try again at a later time." This is very inconvenient, inefficient and time consuming as a customer. There's no point in having an online account if you cannot access it more than half the time. Please improve your online account management platform ASAP. I cannot recommend ServiceMac to anyone with the current state of affairs. ### 1/5 — Never works *2026-01-04, version 9.2.7* App and website hardly ever let you log in. There’s always an error. Apparently my next month’s payment is higher from what the phone automation said, but I never received an email saying why and I can’t log in to see. This month, I can’t even log into it or the website. I need to pay my mortgage and these two ways are the only way I know how. Reading the reviews I can see that this is a recent problem, with many people sharing my experience. This needs to be fixed immediately. ### 2/5 — Broken app *2025-10-01, version 9.2.6* Unfortunately, either my loan number has changed by the company or the app is busted. But then again I just tried using their website with my loan number and my last four and guess what it doesn’t work. First Payment was a breeze to be honest, and due to my loan being sold to this company without my knowledge. There has been some bias with me, but I think this is proving it correct. I live out west so I’m in Western standard time and this is an eastern standard time company so also there is no phone number to call right now. Needless to say once rates drop, I’m off of this company watchlist I bet when I call tomorrow, they’re gonna try and get me to take out a home equity loan. Probably the only reason why currently my loan number and my last four aren’t working. Service MAC address was returned and this delayed payment of my mortgage account yet they bug me tremendously and have not resolved the issue. I would hate to spend my time submitting bills through each account individually and this is not efficient. I have a one stop payment source that allocates all bills payments except this one. ### 1/5 — Not able to log in to my account or contact the company *2026-03-21, version 9.2.7* Unable to log into the app. When trying, I’m met with “Something went wrong” prompt. Okay fine, let’s try the website… I get the same prompt and cannot login through the web browser. On the website there is a link to contact the company, BUT you need to provide the loan number to be able to contact them. I don’t know the loan number BECAUSE I CAN’T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT! I CAN’T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THERE’S NO FLIPPING WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY. On the computer through the browser, I get an error message that something has happened. It doesn’t matter what time I login it does not matter what day I login. I always get the “something has happened” error message. When I login through the app, it doesn’t login at all it just does that little tiny wheel of death. I am still unable to pay, and the loan number is not the same as what my loan number is so if the company has changed it, I have not been notified. I’ve been told that this bug would be fixed and it is not. I have not been able to call to pay my latest mortgage payment, but that is how I was in. I ended up resolving the issue last month. I just had my loan transferred, first payment effective today, I registered online, and then added this app and logged in with no problem at all. Can see all of my loan info as well as all history. Multiple options for payment, and link to learn about your loan. Hasn’t crashed yet, and I’ve been in and out of it multiple times. 5-stars as of today’s date. ### 5/5 — Updated *2021-10-07, version 5.0.5* We recently did a refi and they set up the account through service Mac... downloaded the app and everything works fine. I read the negative reviews from over a year ago so was hesitant but they did fix any bugs. Setting up payment is cake I’m not sure what else you would expect from the app it’s pretty much just like a normal bank app. ### 4/5 — Still not working all the time as of 2025 *2025-04-20, version 8.2.6* I installed the App and my log in didn’t work. It kept saying “something went wrong try again later”. So I reinstalled the App. This time, it didn’t even let me log in. Just the error message. I then re-started my phone and it finally worked. Recently switched to a google pixel 8 pro and am unable to download the app because it is outdated. The only issue I have run into so far was the “Document Center”. It keeps saying that there was an error loading some documents. Other than that, app works just fine. Very nice lay out and design.
