It seems as if a rookie designed this app as the buttons and actions are poor quality and for a large auto loan company very disappointing. It’s hard to get enthusiastic over an app that really just lets you make payments on a vehicle loan. I just set up automatic payments. I don’t imagine I will ever actually use the app again. I probably could have just used the website instead, but I guess having the app on my phone makes it easier in some ways if I ever do need to update my automatic payment in the future, however unlikely that may be. The progress bar looks like a nice feature. I can imagine how happy I will be seeing the progress bar when I get to my last few payments. In the meantime, why bother…. Like do I really need to see the progress in the meantime? It’s just a reminder of the burden of paying for this vehicle.
