To anyone downloading this app I say don’t it’s a waste of your time ### 1/5 — Won’t accept valid mobile number *2023-12-20, version 3* Really lame, considering the first review TWO MONTHS AGO reported the same issue. Not only this but the 1-800 help number took me to an attorney’s firm??? Also the mysgi webpage says my password is not valid. I’ve checked multiple times. The password is correct. I haven’t changed it. So now there is no way to renew my plates online, nor can I get any help after hours to solve the issue. What’s going on here SGI??? Edit: Ok after more attempts the webpage finally accepted my password but I’m 100% certain it was NOT user error; I just kept trying the same one. The app will still not accept my mobile number.
