## What is MyShapePTS?

MyShape è uno studio di personal training in cui si svolgono lezioni individuali in sala attrezzi con allenamenti personalizzati.
Vengono effettuati ai clienti controlli mensili, tramite bioimpedenziometria e rilevazione delle misure corporee per valutare i progressi ottenuti.
Lo studio si avvale della collaborazione di figure professionali quali massoterapista, nutrizionista e osteopata.
